C’est vrai que c’est quand même vieillot comme établissement et je ne le recommande pas aux personnes à mobilités réduites car il y-a des escaliers avec des marches assez hautes pour accéder à la porte d’entrée et ensuite des escaliers assez raides pour monter aux chambres. La chambre coté jardin est simple mais pas très grande et la salle de bain et vraiment étroite avec le wc à côté de la paroi de douche. Il faut prendre si c’est dispo côté mer car côté jardin c’est moyen avec la vue sur la rue et les maisons en face. Niveau insonorisation c’est moyen mais c’est une vieille bâtisse. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour 9€ avec des gâteaux fait maisons. L’entrée du parking est très étroite et s’il y-a 5 locataires avec leurs voitures plus celle de la propriétaire le parking est un peu juste pour manoeuvrer.

Incantevole, fantastico. Silenzioso. Cercavamo qualcosa che somigliasse ad una fiaba di Walt Disney…. La proprietà è gentile, la colazione ottima, parcheggio & wi-fi. La vista sul mare eccezionale. Consigliato. Siamo arrivati in auto da Parigi.

Maison charmante, bien située mais vétuste. Réception...à revoir. Réservé chambre pour 2 nuits. Mais la seconde nuit une cliente ayant ses habitudes..." nous a remplacés. Et sans délicatesse, nos bagages transférés pendant notre absence dans un hôtel au centre du village. On croit rêver !

Côté emplacement, rien à dire : les pieds dans l'eau avec une belle vue sur la Baie du Mt Saint Michel. Par contre, il est clair que les propriétaires ont cessé d'entretenir la villa depuis (très ?) longtemps ! Et si vous souhaitez ne pas entendre les voisins de la chambre sur le même palier, passez votre chemin... Reste un accueil plutôt sympathique mais c'est cher payé !
