Stayed here over a week in a one bedroom appartment. I enjoyed our stay very much. The appartment is well equipped (especially enjoyed yhe washing machine as we were on a longer trip). All appliances were on good shape, there was a good set of dishes and a good size fridge. The appartment was of very good size, one thing to note is that the bedroom was upstairs from the rest of the appartment. The bedroom had an ensuite shower (no toilet upstairs). Good air conditioning, nice balcony, well working WiFi. Very nice pool (although you have to wear a bracelet during all of your stay for access) and a very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Location in Saint Leu is good and central for the town, but also the location of Saint Leu is convenient for exploring the island. Note that is you want the appartment to be cleaned during your stay, it's of extra charge.

The Santa Apolonia is one of my favorite establishments on Reunion Island. My little family and I spend wonderful moments there (weekends or holidays). It is ideally located (close to the city center, the beach, restaurants, the fairground and craft market on Saturdays, a supermarket for shopping if necessary...) The staff is very very welcoming, smiling and available. I have been staying there for a few years and the quality of service remains unchanged: bedding, equipment provided in the apartments, cleanliness, calm... I really appreciate the promotional offers (family time, Wednesday, weekend with late checkout to enjoy even more...) and the entertainment offered, especially during the holidays. The reservation service is very attentive in case of special requests (room nearby in case of health problems or disability). Another big thank you for the professionalism. I am going back during the May holidays.

Very nice structure, ideal location to discover the island and the surroundings of St Leu. Very clean apartment, well arranged. The staff ADORABLE.. Indeed the towels unlike a hotel are not changed every day, and cleaning is charged from 7 nights..it did not bother me. We have a washing machine...I had my breakfasts delivered by the adorable girls...my room with a view of the swimming pool, I never had any noise pollution. In short, I recommend this establishment.

On a oublié nos affaires dans la machine à laver et l’hôtel n’a pas été capable de nous les rendre !!! Alors qu’on s’en est aperçu le soir de notre départ. Malhonnête de leur part. Le service de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Service minable nous n'avons jamais eu le plateau de courtoisie ni la possibilité d'avoir des capsules de café petits déjeunes industriels , appartement T2 acceptable, on sent que l'on st là pour faire du chiffre , 4 étoiles sur le papier mais formule 1 en vérité vu le prix mieux vaut trouver ailleurs

Bien la piscine chauffée, la propreté, la proximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Le matelas est bien. Mauvais: pas d'accès à la piscine pour les PMR, l'odeur dans la chambre, les petits déjeuners (aller à la boulangerie), impossibilité de replier le canapé, le peu d'espace de rangement. Le studio est bien pour une seule personne. Pas de possibilité de rester jusqu'à 15H00. Je suis restée 4H00 sur le transat de la piscine alors qu'il faisait froid et que je suis handicapée.
