Very pleasant hotel staff. When the refrigerator in the room didn't work, someone took care of it immediately. Location in the city is also good.

Our room was above the parking garage so all night you heard the door go up and down. Very hard to sleep. So stay away from room 243.

Literally was amazed by this hotel! A hidden gem in STL for sure! The staff were all SO friendly, omelets were amazing for breakfast, rooms were clean and well maintained, valet was quick and easy. Just cannot wait to stay here again!

Check-in was at 4pm. We showed up at 5:15pm and the lobby was full of angry guests. Upon checking in, we were told our room was not ready yet due to housekeeping delays. We did not get into our room until 5:50. We had all-inclusive tickets to the Cardinals game and ran about 40 minutes late getting there because the delay at the hotel check-in. Aside from that, staff was nice, room was clean and we enjoyed the stay. Just wish they could've been on time or made attempts to make it right.

It was fine. Kind of chaotic at check in/check out. Parking is EXPENSIVE and they seemed very confused that my party of 6 arrived in two vehicles. Breakfast and the room were great.
