This hotel comes nowhere near expectations from the photos on the websites. We booked 2 rooms 8 & 9. Both rooms were dirty with items missing or broken. The shower in room 8 had black mould all round it and the trap was disgusting. The toilet bowls were very badly stained, particularly in room 8. The floors and surfaces were all sticky to the touch. We had booked for 2nights we cancelled the 2nd night and were charged 60Euros for the privilege. Do not stay here.

avoid this hotel ,the man at the reception was not at all welcoming, then as we walked up to the second floor we noticed how dirty the carpets were ,also the walls were scuffed and in bad condition .When we entered our room it was ok-ish.We were right next to a really busy road with a lot of truck traffic so it was noisy and we could hear it through the windows.The whole place just looked very tired and so we just left.We just didn't want to stay in such a downtrodden place.

Un hôtel très bien situé sur la nationale 7 a retenu notre attention. Bon accueil, le barman, serveur est charmant et court partout! La déco un peu vieillotte, salle de bain rustique, pas d'âme aucune déco, une chambre étape pour dormir une nuit...assez propre quand même ! Le restau très correct, des spécialités réunionnaises, copieux et bon. 72€ quand même la nuit pour 2 + 9€ par personne le petit dej! Un bon coup de peinture, des douches italiennes, un peu de déco ça donnerait un sérieux coup de fouet à cet établissement !

Arrivée sans réservation et à 21h30 Accueil parfait Plats copieux et de plus avec un excellent rapport qualité prix Une belle surprise Tous les clients présents ( et nombreux) semblaient ravis également ce qui est un très bon signe Seul bémol le bruit de la N7 mais ce n’est pas leur faute Et encore un grand merci pour le briquet!

Un arrêt a midi, très peu de monde mais un véritable petit instant de bonheur, des personnes aimables et sympathiques, et pour les plats, vraiment rien à dire, qualité et quantité, on s'est régalé, pas a hauteur de toutes les bourses, 29 euros par personne mais vraiment top, un grand merci

Hôtel pour dépanner.. nous avons été assez déçu,dans les chambres une chaleur monstre, nous sommes rentrés vers 23h et nous nous sommes retrouvés à la porte personne ne nous avait donné de code pour rentrer heureusement qu'une dame nous a entendu... Et de plus le petit déjeuner était très cher et rudimentaire ,voilà mais pour dépanner ça fais l'affaire

Très bon restaurant brasserie à des prix corrects et avec un très bon accueil. Nous nous sommes déjà arrêtés plusieurs fois pour faire une pose déjeuner et avons malheureusement été informés d'un changement de propriétaires . Nous espérons donc que le remplaçant maintiendra le même accueil et les mêmes prestations d'accueil et de service.

Le service client et catastrophique et très peu cordial. je ne suis pas du tout satisfait. je ne vous le recommande pas du tout. Heureusement que mon côté cordial à réussi à garder le desu. Le receptioniste a la réactivité dige d'une huître en plus de mal parlé et son manque cruel de politesses et de bonnes manières.
