We reserved a room through ********** for arrival later same day. When we arrived all doors were looked. We knocked, phoned, sent tex messages and mail. After two hours we gave up. Left and found another hotel. Contacted Hotels for refund. They came back quoted a message we had never received saying check in time should be notified to the hotel 24h in advance. Easy to do when you booked for arrival a few hours later. Thankfully I had saved the message we actually had received which said check in 16-19. Sent this to Hotels and they finally confirmed I will have refund. No excuse from anyone.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ensoleillé dans la suite Cézembre du Cottage avec un petit déjeuner complet et frais. Philippe, le propriétaire et l’hôte de la maison est au petit soin et de bon conseil pour les visites aux alentours. Nous recommandons chaudement le Cottage Santa Teresa pour vos séjours à St-Lunaire!

Jài beaucoup aimé cette chambre d’hôtes où Philippe vous fait sentir comme chez vous Peut déjeuner quasi parfait quasi pq je n’aurais pas été contre des crêpes 😘 Une chambre impeccable immense très bonne literie très propre et des toilettes séparées et Philippe aux petits oignons pour ces hôtes
