Pet friendly. Very nice receptionist on arrival. 10 mins drive from ferry.
At the back of large parking near big supermarket. I stayed on sunday night so that was not a issue. Very nice bakery 50m away. Perfect for lunch!

Handy for the port
We always stay here when we are travelling to/from St Malo. The hotel is near the dock so very handy, always clean, the room is small but sufficient. Would like a kellte in the room so a hot drink could be made.

Disappointed
We were given a room that was clean and functional but the aircon didn’t work - i reported it to reception and was told it was the whole hotel that had an issue - there was nothing that could be done and i was given a small fan. Later in the bar we noticed the aircon was working so i spoke to a different receptionist who advised that it was only our room that was not working! I asked for a different room to be told that was not possible, no other reason - the hotel does not appear to be full at all! Was offered complimentary continental breakfast but after a poor night sleep in a stuffy room on a plastic sheet that gesture feels like we were fobbed off - expensive as well at £151 for the night. Disappointed and wont be back

They were not ready for us and the twin beds had not been sorted. It was gone 7 pm. They’d had a bad day. We settled for the Kingsize bed. Hope to sleep okay. Long drive in the uk tomorrow
Thought it very expensive for what it is.
No cups in room.
