We had a very pleasant stay in this friendly, newly rennovated, nice and clean hotel in lovely locations close to the sea, intra muros. We can absolutely recommend it! The only small set back was that the rennovation was not totally finished so the pool and gym had not yet opened. On the other hand was it a good price. We are planning to return to Saint Malo and will definitely check out Hotel Anne de Bretagne again for our stay.😊

The hotel is very well located in the old quarter within the walls, close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool. The fact that it's pet-friendly was a decisive factor in our decision to spend these few days in Saint-Malo. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bad experience in this hotel which should be a 4* We stayed one night with my daughters and a friend of my daughter. /Bed with hair and body hair /Icy pool /No customer service support, an unresponsive concierge I was more bothered by this situation than the concierge. Bad reputation for the Saint Malo business in this hotel.

When we arrive in our "luxury" room we notice that the bathroom/toilet leading directly into the room has no door and that a foul smell reigns! First return to reception, after a few exchanges we are assigned a new room: no toilet paper second round at reception! Then the card is deactivated third..., then the TV does not work, fourth... There the elevator is broken, a little sport 4 floors after changing the batteries in the remote control and changing the remote control it still does not work! But rest assured there is hot water.

Positive point, great staff!!! Negative point, we are asked for an additional 50 euros otherwise we want to arrive before 3 p.m., ok but when we arrive and we are told the room is not ready and we have to wait until 5 p.m., we are not given 50 euros!!! New room with still dust from the work, no toilet paper, toilet flush that does not stop because of a seal problem, no phone to contact reception so we go down each time, on Sunday the TV did not work they told me sorry no one to see that, the carpet in the elevator remained 3 days without cleaning the carpet. After all that nothing not a commercial gesture and I am told to pay the tourist tax. I asked to be contacted by the hotel managers who also have 2 other hotels in intra and nothing since.
