Looked great, but parking hard, lift got stuck with myself and children in it, finally managed to get out after about 15 minutes-children in a mess by this point-to walk into a “family” room which was furnished with what looked like ex office furniture. When I spoke to staff about the lift i was told it didn’t happen that the lift worked well. We then had to pay 15€ each, even for my 11 and 14 year olds, for a breakfast that was not upto the price charged. I would not recommend at all and we will not be going back-ever.

I stayed in this hotel for one night on the way between Jersey and the TGV to the Netherlands. The front desk service really stood out - the woman who greeted us and gave us the key was so friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable (we stayed in the family room) and the bathroom was beautifully tiled. The children enjoyed breakfast a lot, but I would have preferred a couple of healthier options if I was going to stay for more than one night. It is a short walk from the station and there are plenty of restaurants close by for meals.

We stayed twice at the hotel as stopovers to and from the ferry. Excellent location. 5 minutes drive from the ferry, a stones throw from the seafront and an easy scenic walk into town. Out of hours check in ran smoothly. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The road outside is a little noisy at night but that didn’t bother us. Nice clean linen and a comfy bed. Furnishings a little tired but perfect for one night. Would definitely recommend as an overnight stop.

Centrally located hotel 2 minutes from the beach and a short walk to the old town. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well presented, There is parking directly outside the hotel and has an easy to use pay machine.

Well located hotel for the ferry with plenty of free overnight parking and a 10 minute walk into town. Small rooms, one with tired furnishings and a strange carpet, but overall perfectly adequate and good value for money.

My family (2 adults, one teenager, one child) had a lovely stay at this hotel. The establishment has character, the room was in very good condition and very clean, the beds comfortable. We were in a spacious family room on the top floor (under roof), which added to the charm of the place. The hotel is in a very quiet little square just 5-10 minutes walk (by the seaside) from Intra Muros. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a very good experience.

We stayed for 2 nights on arrival in St Malo before travelling to Binic for our holiday. There was ample public parking next to the hotel. Free on Sunday when we arrived and just 4 euros for 24 hours on other days. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and we had a lovey room with a view. The only downside is that it’s overlooking the wrong side of the harbour. This is the working side, not the beach side. It was still a lovey view though. A little noisy during the day though. We couldn’t fault this hotel if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the walled city, which we did. Highly recommended.

185 euros plus 15 euros for breakfast. Very small room without storage for clothes, without kettle and necessary for tea or coffee, without information for WiFi and times in the room, no number to call reception The bathroom so small as the door touches the sink when you open it, w.c 20cm from the sink and 10cm from the shower: a bathroom corridor! Good products but limited choice. No filter for the coffee maker so no 2nd coffee! A good point for the smiling and efficient cleaning lady
