Cancelled our booking just on the day of travel without any prior warning. Then when we called them, they were only willing to re-book the same room for an inflated price. Of course we did not have too many choice when we were already on the road. They said it is because they couldn't charge my card. In reality, they didn't even try to charge anything at the time of booking, but saved the card details and tried to charge it at a later time without my consent. Obviously, this didn't go through because of the card security settings. Their payment method is completely insecure. Instead of doing a proper authorization, they just save your card details and then they can charge it at any time for any amount without the card owners' consent. If you booked with them, you should probably consider your card as stolen.
