Incredible. The staff at La Bouitte is over the top helpful. Maybe the best staff of any hotel I've stayed at. Every part of the property is beautiful. The rooms are pretty, well appointed, and cozy. La Bouitte is truly a very special place. You can tell that the Meilleur family is trying hard to make the hotel and restaurant the best they can possibly be. The food (both dinner and breakfast) are amazing. I've been lucky enough to eat at a number of 3 Michelin starred restaurants and at many other top restaurants, so I had high expectations for the dinner at La Bouitte. Those expectations were exceeded. My dinner at La Bouitte is possibly my favorite meal of all time. Neither the dinner nor the hotel are cheap, but they are both somehow still an great value. My only criticism is that the guest rooms could use a bit more light in the evenings!

Be careful to notice this hotel has no air conditioning and that its restaurant is closed much of the time, its very quirky in its nature and very small, feels more like someones house but the staff are very helpful and friendly

beautiful rooms in mountain style. pleasant and correct staff who arrange everything for you. incredible breakfast of star *** quality. dining in the three star restaurant is an incredible experience of fanatastic dishes in combination with the wines. all this in a perfectly friendly atmosphere

Everything is perfect!! The staff is charming, the room very comfortable in a very warm style, the "8 surprises" meal is extraordinary and the Chef even came to greet us in person. A memorable evening for sure! We will be back next winter for longer stay.

Une très belle maison de famille dans laquelle nous avons passé un moment merveilleux en couple. L’accueil chaleureux et agréable, le personnel souriant et bienveillant. La famille Meilleur très présente et très impliquée dans leur maison si chaleureuse. La chambre supérieure, avec une si belle vue sur les montagnes était spacieuse, très bien aménagée et impeccable tout comme tous les lieux communs. Le spa est très beau avec un lac naturel, hammam, sauna et jacuzzi extérieur. Un moment de pure relaxation après une journée de ski. Nous avons acheté des crèmes et des soins conçus uniquement pour la maison Meilleur. Une très belle gamme de produits avec des senteurs extrêmement agréable et très frais. Nous avons dîné au restaurant gastronomique. Le menu huit surprises est excellent, bien équilibré et plein de saveurs des montagnes de la vallée des Belleville. Les plats qui nous ont marqué à jamais : la soupe des jours de fête accompagnée d’une bille de truffe à manger du bout des doigts, le bœuf carnivore à peine chauffé, le généreux plateau de fromages des Vallées et la boule de neige au dessert. Le service est irréprochable et les conseils du sommelier coordonnent précisément avec les mets. Merci encore et encore pour cette escapade de rêve.
