Our house is built for the extreme weather conditions of the area, we heat with a combination of radiant floor heating and a wood burning stove, this home is so much fun in the winter, we call it a snow globe home and no air conditioning required in the summer. Walk out the door and you are on the trail to more adventures, forest service land and four wheeling trails are right outside . The very popular St. Mary's hiking trailhead is nearby. We are THE destination place for ruby throat and rufus hummingbirds, "Hummingbird happy hour at the Clark's". They have moved on but we know they will be back mid May We built this home in 2005 designed for the extreme environment of life above 10,000 ft. Four wheel drive vehicle required in the winter. This property has three security cameras. Two on the front porch to keep track of guest coming and going and to check on snow levels. The other is in the mechanical room pointed at the boiler and the sewage lift station. The sound is turned off of course.
