I found mold in my apple juice during the breakfast. I complaint and the receptionist that I drunk juice containing mold, instead of offering the breakfast she asked me if I wanted another glass without mold. Unacceptable

When I got into the room I was welcome by a few insects. Just in front of me. I run to the reception and they told me that is was not a problem ... maybe but i was not informed before I had to share the rooms with a few insects. Limited choice for breakfast

The hotel is very welcoming, very clean e and the rooms are very good. The food is also very good. I recommend it wether it is for business trips or any kind of trip. Felt super safe, no problems at all.

next to lyon, easy to access, but rooms are noisy due to the traffic very huge rooms, bathtub and not shower excellent wifi and reliable connection speed disappointing breakfast industrial food and limited choice

Very welcoming but the whole place seemed a little *******. Lock your room at night kind of a place. Didn’t try the food but it looked alright. Mainly chose this hotel for convenience. This sentence is here because it needs to be 200 characters.

Hotel qui nous plonge dans les années 80.... il doit rester un hôtel de passage car cher pour les prestations proposées. On profite de la vie des voisins de chambre tant les murs sont fins !! Salle de bain à refaire .... Les seuls point positifs restent la bonne literie, le parking et l accès facile

Ich habe eine Business Rate gebucht mit Frühstück und Abendessen. Das war die einzige Option, di e man buchen konnte. Obwohl in der Rate ein Abendesen bereits gebucht war, wurde das Abendesssen ein zweites mal abgebucht. An der Rezeption gab es keine Rechnung, die sollte per MAil kommen. Kam leider nicht. Ich musste mich beim Hotel melden. Erst dann sah ich, dass das Abendessen 2 mal abgebucht wurde.

Très déçu, hotel non chaleureux, vide, chambre viellotte, moquette horrible, bruyant la nuit. Je comprend pourquoi l'hôtel est vide en clientèle. 4 ÉTOILES ! ! Pour moi c'est 2 etoiles. A j'oubliais la moquette déchirée dans les escaliers.
