An outstanding experience from the very first minute we walked in. All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Our room was spectacular, with an unforgettable view of the lake. Breakfast was always fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options. The SPA was a true gem—perfect for relaxing after long hikes and soothing sore muscles. Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is!

The Kulm Spa is truly outstanding – a haven of tranquility and wellbeing. The facilities are impeccable, offering the perfect place to relax while enjoying breathtaking views of the Engadin mountains. The stunning views over St. Moritz, the beautiful facilities, and the exceptional attention to detail make Kulm much more than a hotel it is a destination in itself. Thank you to the entire team for creating such memorable moments. We are already looking forward to returning.

This was my third time at the Kulm. My family (The Murtagh family) now considers it our second home We love the staff (Paulo, breakfast staff, bar man, drivers).

We’ve been returning to the Kulm Hotel every year for the past few years, and each visit reminds us why this property remains the most exceptional destinations in the Alps. The service is consistently warm and attentive, the rooms blend classic elegance with modern comfort, and the entire atmosphere captures the timeless charm that makes St. Moritz so special. One of the highlights of our most recent stay was the newly introduced ski lounge. It has truly elevated the overall experience—providing a stylish, comfortable space to prepare for the slopes, unwind afterward, and enjoy seamless access to equipment and amenities. The thoughtful design and convenience make ski days even more enjoyable and stress‑free. From world‑class dining to impeccable hospitality, the Kulm Hotel continues to exceed expectations. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and welcoming year after year, but the Kulm manages to do exactly that. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Fabulous lunch on the terrace - great views - looked after by Enzo Gamba the Manager. Great Seafood Risotto and a version of a mushroom tagliatelle with super flavours. Came to see the amazing Cresta Run trophies and badges going back a century or more and the historic Kulm's central role

Our stay at the Kulm Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were spotless and wonderfully spacious, and waking up to a lake facing view from our own balcony was simply fantastic. The dining options were outstanding a great variety of food and drinks throughout the hotel, with a special mention to the pizzeria, where the pizza was some of the best we’ve had. What truly sets the Kulm apart, though, is its people. From the housekeeping team to the receptionists to the managers, the staff were hands down the sweetest and most professional we’ve encountered. They made us feel completely at home so much so that I can proudly call the Kulm Hotel my second home, and everyone working there my big, loving family. And last but certainly not least: the spa and pool were mind blowing. The outdoor heated pool is truly one of a kind, and the massage I had with Marta was absolutely incredible. We’ll be back thank you, Kulm, for an unforgettable stay!
