Saint-Paul Hotels with Airport pickup service

What a disappointment ..... The hotel is not at the height of its 4 stars. Confirmation: Decorated paint, mirror of the picked room, hair dry from another time, continuous flask of water on the ground of the bathroom, 1 of the lifts in panting at our arrival, not repaired, WC (Women )of the out-of-service host ( which seems to be the only one on the foot floor )..... The restaurant and service (to stay police) are not worthy of this 4-star. We have made the mistake to take half-pense ( EUR 51 per person for the dinner of the evening) and we find a single menu. And don't talk about the fact that you are reserved the rests ...we think of the canard confit aumony ....le said confit reserved in rillets (which was not one but just said cold confit!). How can you serve a paddy milk rice to have paddy rice balls? And I'm going through. Servers are not able to distribute the few clients present. Total, 2 different servers come to take our order; tables are partly dressed; you are served the ”patientry” and then the entry while the commanded apero is still not arrived; fruit juice without ice comes got ice sticked ...et For a 4-star hygiene, the menu map is presented with a tablet that passes hands to hands and is deposited on the bread base or on the covers!!!! That staff in the breakfast service, setting out their accounts before the clients and don't remember past orders ( omelette etc) so go from table to table .... In summary, very cheap hotel and poor performance compared to the announced standing.
