great staff good food , wycliffe is a top mam will look after you all in all a great experience. nothing is too much trouble for wyclicffe. nice pubs just up the road. geat bus links to explore the island. room was comfy good aminites in room . all staff very plesant liked hanna with her cheery attitude ,would recomend to any one

Despite the hiccup of breakfast not being completely ready on the third day, an excellent place to stay while in Guernsey. Clean and comfortable facilities. Shout-out to their exceptional staff, Zeny and Hannah, who consistently took the time to check to make it feel like home.

Great service by both the hotel and restaurant staff with a special shout out to Radha and Wycliffe who are very welcoming and attentive. Good food with a decent amount of choice for breakfast and dinner. I travel a lot for work and I always feel so welcome when I come to here.

This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel combining a business trip with a family break. We stayed 10 nights and did the meal deal of breakfast and evening meal and throughout our stay the service and quality across accommodation and food has been excellent. The staff (Wycliffe,Ivan, Sarah, Radha, Hannah) were excellent they couldn’t do enough for you, always very personable and friendly. The quality of the room and shared spaces was excellent and always spotlessly clean . The quality of food was excellent, very tasty and well presented, the service in the restaurant was also excellent and always. We would highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful staff, we will be returning next year.

Lovely staff member, very attentative and knew her local knowledge. I would highly recommend her for any local knowledge and would most definitely use her again. I’m steaming, I have to write 200 characters and im running out of things to say

Don't bother to upgrade to Premier Plus, it really is not worth the money, coffee machine in room leaked water everywhere could not use it. Bleach stains on carpet, extractor fan in bathroom didn't work, key card had to be changed every day as only worked for a day. Wi-Fi only one device can be connected with code (although it says 3). Room cleaned but not asked for, PJ's thrown on floor not picked up after bed was made. Breakfast poor if you don't like cooked and get there early or not much choice left. Good job Waitrose is across the road.
