The washlet toilet seat is the nightmare, the sensitive design auto open/closed the lid, which do expect the lid keep open/closed during your sleep a few times."

"Hotel Rooms are nice. I stayed in the one with around 24 - 26 SqM while my friends stayed in the 40-SqM one. All rooms are quite enough. The Receptionists are helpful and provided assistances when needed. Meanwhie ,there arec certain improvements shall be made, 1. we cannot amend the temperature of the Air Conditioner as it is central controlled. 2. the housekeeper did not refill 2 sets of towel and slippers when she realized I was staying on my own 3. the Hotel does not provide more Washing Powders when the so-called complimentary is used. However, the rate of the room is same no matters how many night(s) we book and pay for. So everything shall be there and refilled day by day."

The bidet nozzle was a pretty good surprise, it is really a huge plus for foreigners. Thanks for everything."
