The greeters at the hotel front desk and at the door are very polite. 1: But the windows in the hotel are too soft and uncomfortable. The double bed room is made up of two small beds pushed together, which causes a dent in the middle when sleeping and makes the waist very uncomfortable. 2: I stayed for 4 nights in a row, and the cleaning was very casual. Paper towels and mineral water were not replenished in time. 3: The water in the shower head is very small, so you can only wash it slowly, which is in line with the style of the Russian people.

The staff is very kind and friendly and I still feel nostalgic. In the luxurious interior, I enjoy the feeling of happiness. You can visit restaurants and shopping venues, and the charming location is just a short walk from the Ermitage Museum. I want to stay again.

I booked a small apartment. The location of the hotel has nothing to say. It is close to the main street and the subway station, and there are shops and restaurants everywhere. It is very convenient. Opposite the hotel is a small supermarket with good food and drink. Orange juice is also very delicious! Впервые здесь . Расположение супер , до любого места 15-20 мин. Персонал шикарный !!  Я была с мамой ( у нее проблемы с ногами, медленно ходячая) персонал очень внимательный ,сдержанный и чуткий ! Любую просьбу выполнят . В номерах абсолютная чистота ! Кучу полотенец,постельное прям хрустит , меняли 2 раза за 4 дня. Сантехника отличная. Огромное спасибо менеджеру девушке на ресепшене и персоналу в ресторане !  Кстати на завтрак овсянка шикарная !!  В след. Году остановлюсь снова без вариантов !

Convenient location of the hotel. 10 minutes from the Moscow railway station. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. You can walk to all the main attractions. The room was quiet with a view of the courtyard. The pillows and mattress were comfortable. Very tasty breakfast. Fresh juices, sparkling wine, a variety of different dishes. We rested with a child of 7 years. Everything was comfortable. Late check-out was complimentary. We will come back again

環境：步行到冬宮真的就衹有十多分鐘，步行到滴血大教堂也是十分鐘，步行到彼得保羅要塞二十五分鐘。此行俄羅斯最滿意的酒店，有門僮服務，退房可以到下午三點，Mini bar 免費，每天續上。超級推薦。 衞生：不錯！百年老建築，很有感覺（･ω･）✋ 服務：前台英語不錯，也很大氣。 設施：我們住的閣樓，一張 king size 大床，一張的沙發床，一家四口完全夠用！ 就是點贊就好了，價格也合適！不錯！

The hotel itself is the newest of all the five in St. Petersburg, and I really liked it. Excellent internal technical equipment in the rooms and intuitive; usually, if such systems are installed, it is impossible to understand them. The location is super - close to all major attractions and walking areas. I would also like to highlight the breakfast - perhaps one of the best for both adults and children. Like in Greece, there is everything. The only point that was annoying, and could be adjusted by the hotel taking into account the cost of the rooms, is the time of check-in and check-out. We warned in advance that we were traveling with children and asked for early check-in and late check-out. And not in the morning, but with a difference of a couple of hours from standard time. It is clear that this service is always available upon availability. But. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception was not aware of this, despite the correspondence with the reservation service, and we waited in the lobby 16 hours before check-in, and the hotel was not clearly fully booked, and the rooms could have been given. It was the same when leaving. And we regularly met new guests at the reception who were outraged by this hotel policy, because it was obvious that the hotel was not full, and they were simply trying to sell guests a couple of hours of stay in the room for half the price of an expensive night. This does not correspond to the level of the hotel; this is the first time we have had this happen, not only by the standards of St. Petersburg, but also of traveling around the world in general. The hotel always meets the needs, and such an individual approach in the premium segment gives the hotel customer retention. If I were management, I would think about this. And one more thing about the children's room - I would like it to work not from 10 to 12, but earlier and longer. Children get up early. At breakfast, guests with children also sat with us, waiting for it to open, and thinking about what to do with the child so that the adults could have breakfast in peace. For the rest, let me emphasize once again that the hotel is wonderful and very worthy of staying at least once.
