Amazing sunrises can be seen from the Roof Top Terrace over looking the Ocean. There is plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests. Bedroom Layout is: Primary Bedroom - front bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, single sink, and combo tub shower. TV-Samsung 60" Guest Bedroom 2 - back bedroom with a queen bed, shared hall bathroom, single sink and combo tub shower. TV-Vizio 50" Upstairs Guest Bedroom 3 - 2 single twin beds, shared hall bathroom, single sink and combo tub shower. TV - Insignia 50" Upstairs Guest Bedroom 4 - 2 single twin beds, TV - Proscan 42" Additional TV in Family Room Samsung 60" Access the upper deck from interior steps for amazing views. Sorry, no grills are allowed. Kitchen is nicely equipped with Stainless appliances, Keurig single serve and small drip coffee pot, 2 slice toaster, blender, and an 8 quart crockpot. Full size washer and dryer is located in kitchen laundry closet for your use. Starter supply of products to include: Paper Towels Toilet Paper Hotel quality soaps and shampoo products Dish and laundry detergents Hair dryers Towels and Linens are provided Basic cooking and kitchenware We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, and Porch. MORE INFO Pets: This is not a pet friendly home. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend. No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group. Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps. Tax Certificate: #126822 Must be age 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend, guests must be age 30+ or kids with their parents, no student groups; we cannot make exceptions for that weekend. Property is in a quiet neighborhood, please take any noise inside after 10pm per Glynn County noise ordinance. This is a no-smoking property. No parties, events, or weddings. For pet friendly properties, a $150 pet fee applies. Dogs only, limited to 30lbs or less. Guests will be asked to sign the rental agreement.
