We stayed over for one night. The staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. The room was big and very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast at the Beefeater was good value and I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn.

The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of available parking. The breakfast was not readily available as you would normally expect at a Premier Inn and hot food had to be ordered. This took ages for someone to actually take our order and then it took even longer for just some scrambled eggs & bacon, which turned out a bit disappointing. We opted for breakfast somewhere else for the 2nd morning. That evening the restaurant couldn’t cater for our group even though we had made a booking. The few of us that remained to have dinner had to wait nearly 40mins for someone to take our order and then it took over an hour for the simplest burger that was so basic, overcooked and dry and no flavour. Really disappointing for £17!! Definitely not worth the wait or money….McDonald’s would’ve been far better!

The hotel itself was clean and comfy. The beds were cosy and the shower was fine. On the whole we were ver satisfied. The approach drive was full of potholes and there was rubbish strewn around the car park. These odds could soon be sorted to up my rating.

Bed very hard.... Not a typical premier inn mattress. Pillows needed replacing they were all hard x4. there should have been 2 x hard 2 x soft pillows. The shower didn't work properly, I think maybe it needed to be descaled. There were rats seen outside the entrance...

Service and food in Beefeater was dreadful - food undercooked, Greek salad a joke, staff dis-interested. No TV reception or WiFi - apparently a hotel wide issue Rooms and corridors smelt damp. I have stayed 100's of nights in Premier Inns across the UK - normally the service, facilities, food are all excellent. On this occasion that most certainly was not the case - very disappointed.

This hotel is quite well situated. You actually feel like you are in the country yet the M25 is right next door! We slept well. Couldn’t hear the motorway. Windows were closed though. The access road to the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. If you have a tractor that would be the best vehicle to negotiate this piece of road. Parking is very good though. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. The only downside was the pub/restaurant. Staff, food and drink all nice enough. It’s just closed so often and they don’t seem to liase with the hotel as to when they are and are not opening! Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Most of the problems with our stay were caused by the adjacent Beefeater, who despite being the only nearby restaurant, is blocking bookings from hotel guests, so we couldn't get a meal or a drink. However there were also problems with the hotel. The first thing we noticed was the room smelling of damp. The next thing was the TV didn't work. The receptionist did her best to help us with the restaurant and found us another room but she was unable to issue us a key card. We stay at Premier Inns a lot to break up long journeys and rely on consistent quality but this time we have been very let down. We will not be returning to this one.

Comfort double and single beds, but the pullout bed was like a plank. We ate at the Beefeater next door for our evening meal and breakfast. Food was average but the service was shocking on both visits. Only one waitress who was also helping in the kitchen and the same situation for breakfast. It took hours to get served! Coffee machine empty, no plates, no cutlery no pancakes, ran out of bread. Woefully understaffed. The two ladies on both shifts worked really hard but just couldn't cope with it all. Not their fault at all, just very poor management.
