Crystal Cove Beach Resort

The ladies at the front desk were helpful but I had called a few weeks previous to our arrival to make sure that we were not in one of the condo's that had a bad review. Our friends stayed in D30 which was remodeled and very upscale. Our condo D22 was dirty with futons for couches that were so uncomfortable that you could not sit in them for very long. This place was a dive compared to our friends place. Do not stay in this unit.. The grounds were nice and it was close to the beach so that was a big plus. There was also an on sight open air dining which was nice. I wanted to warn others to that they didn't have the same experience that we did with this particular condo. Alsol, the coffee maker, oven and toaster barely worked if at all.

B-11 was an absolute pleasure for our family's stay at Crystal Cove in the east end of St. Thomas. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to friends and family. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. The entire Sapphire beach area has improved tremendously and is now home to a great pizza place (Paradise Pie - with gluten free options), a coffee and ice cream shop, a very nice high end restaurant (Sea Salt). It is also very close to all of the conveniences of Red Hook fo shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. The condo association, Crystal Cove, itself is very well taken care of and the gardens in front of each unit were a favorite for our family...We saw both Antillean crested hummingbirds and green-throated carib hummingbirds. The owners of B-11, Steve and Honey, are absolutely the best, incredibly responsive and helpful. They communicated rapidly and clearly, and were just cheerful and delightful hosts who made us feel right at home. Would give this 10 stars if it was an option! So happy we found this Gem on Sapphire Beach.

Another amazing vacation in B-11 at Crystal Cove Beach Resort on Sapphire Bay. The owners are wonderful to work with. The beach is beautiful and has awesome snorkeling. We have stayed in B-11 many times and it is clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and has everything you could need. We will be back!

I would like to wrap up with a review and a request. Overall I felt the condo was in poor shape with: Mold on the A/C vents A shower door in disrepair and could fall on a guest causing serious injury. Although informed it was never fixed while we were there. Sliding doors off kilter and with the wind sounded like a freight train coming thru 24/7. A small couch with a too thin mattress.
