Mediocre hotel masquerading as a 5-star stay. Expect to check-in no earlier than 4pm, to be woken up by loud noises in the early morning, and for the concierge (Mohammed) to provide zero reservations for your entire stay. The room was okay, though pool and facilities were quite dirty. Ensure to double check your bill for random/incorrect charges before check out (ex. 100 EUR parking fees despite not having a car). This was easily the worst place we have stayed when visiting the south of France. We would recommend staying at a more legitimate/reputable establishment that can offer better service and a less stressful experience. It is unfortunate that prior reviews said otherwise, though we would agree with the frequent complaints about the concierge. Do not stay here if you expect any help with beach club reservations, as you will have to make those accommodations yourself.

This hotel really is a "slow burn" in all matters of speaking. At first the room size was truly shocking, but after 2 nights, just completely undoable for a couple. Do not book the standard category, you will regret that decision. Saying that, the decor is gorgeous and probably the nicest of the trip. Loved the black marble bathrooms. But, everything else becomes comfortable, friendly and the charm is definitely there. Everyone is helpful and accommodating. Loved being so close to everything! Would we return, YES, with a bigger room. My only criticism is that I reached out and asked for the GM's email address so I could provide feedback (compliments mostly) and was told no. Not sure a hotel should be censoring their own feedback. But I would have provided 5 stars without that mishap. And also, the WIFI password changed several times daily so if you are going to be working, be aware this will get annoying very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Yaca. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Saint-Tropez. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to concierge Mohammed who arranged all our restaurant reservations. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The overall atmosphere felt elegant and relaxing. We also loved the on-site restaurant and the delicious breakfast, which came with excellent service every morning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and well-located stay in Saint-Tropez.

Le Yaca is centrally located and it was a joy to walk around St Tropez after a day at a beach club. The hotel had a complimentary transfer to the beaches as well. We stayed in one of their villas which was tastefully decorated and in pristine condition. The lobby was elegantly decorated and the pool area, where an excellent breakfast was served, was also a joy to be at. The front desk, the concierge team and every staff member we encountered were excellent. The front desk staff guided us well in regards to staying in one of their villas (ours was a 1 minute walk to the hotel). Mohammed and Julie provided excellent concierge services and truly went out of their way to make sure we had every reservation we asked for. We were truly happy we chose Le Yaca- it is a hotel which embodies the spirit of St Tropez.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a dinner at Le Yaca in Saint-Tropez, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The setting was beautiful and elegant, and the service warm and attentive from start to finish. Every dish was exquisite – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The team made the evening feel truly special, and our daughter was thrilled. A wonderful and memorable experience. We highly recommend Le Yaca and would love to return!

Room so tiny the king bed barely fit 🛏️ — had to shimmy sideways to move. No space for a suitcase 🎒. Car valet parked without asking 🚗💶 (€60). “Complimentary” water? Only after 4pm ⏰ — if it comes at all. Ours skipped day two. €20 minibar water 💧😳. A/C didn’t work all night ❄️🚫. Took 3 trips to reception to sort it out. The hotel is in a charming old building, which unfortunately means you’ll hear every neighbour sneeze or stumble up the stairs — not great if you’re hoping for sleep 😴. And with no blackout curtains, you’ll be wide awake with the sunrise 🌅 whether you like it or not. 5-star price, 1-star experience ⭐ Manager’s checkout reply? “We sympathise.” So do I — with the next guests 🤷♂️

This hotel and its team of professionals make this the most outstanding hotel I have stayed at for many years , nothing was too much trouble , every day smiling face from everyone. Room and service simply outstanding , as a gesture of goodwill and kindness they upgraded us to one of their outstanding villa properties , Joanne was simply amazing , we will be coming back here time and time again ! Oh let’s talk about the breakfast !! Simply yummy fresh and presented to the highest standard. Well done team Le Yaca , can’t wait to come back .
