A calming experience in St Tropez away from the bustle of the busy port and old town areas. The staff are welcoming and most helpful at all times. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service which makes all the difference for guests. The environment is slick and modern with a sense of home which was a refreshing combination.

Sezz was a fantastic choice for our first trip to St Tropez. Can’t say enough great things about the service of the concierges Maxime and Yannick. Went above and beyond to make sure we got in all the spots on our list! The rooms are very nice and overall we found the vibe very relaxed in September. Highly recommend! Thanks so much!

I cannot praise the staff at this Sezz enough. I have been coming here for several years and they always make me feel at home. Max still knows the best places to eat!! The standard has not fallen one bit over the last 10 years. It still has the feel of an oasis and is the perfect place for relaxation. See you next year!

Our first visit since Sezz opened 15 years ago…it did not disappoint then and clearly the team have worked on improvements since then. The room (or mini chalet) is sparklingly clean, tastefully decorated and very well maintained. Air conditioning is a blessing given the high temperature this time of year. The pool area is very comfortable and the staff always looked after us warmly and with genuine kindness. Meals at Collette restaurant were delicious and the chef even went out if his way to make some changes to our dishes to look after our special dietary considerations. Thank you Angelique, Sebastien and the rest of the team for your hospitality. We will be back !

Absolutely shocking experience. Two luxury watches and cash were stolen directly from my locked suitcase, inside a locked room with the Do Not Disturb sign on. The thief? A hotel employee, confirmed by key card logs and later arrested inside the property. Even worse: the hotel's cameras were “miraculously disabled” for the exact 10-minute window when the theft occurred. No explanation. No backup. Just silence. Management admitted this staff member wasn’t authorized to enter rooms and had also stolen from another family the day before — yet they allowed him to keep working with master key access. So far, no apology. No compensation. No ownership. Just delays while they “wait for insurance.” If you value your safety and privacy, avoid this hotel at all costs. What happened to me could happen to anyone.

Best concierge I have ever experienced I would highly recommend this hotel. The shuttle service was effortless to use. Has the best position for an amazing costal walk into town or around the headland.

Beware: Hotel Staff Stole from My Locked Room
During my short stay, two luxury watches and cash were stolen from inside my locked room — inside a locked suitcase, with the Do Not Disturb sign displayed. The thief? A hotel employee, confirmed by access logs and security footage. Even more disturbing: cameras were "coincidentally" disabled for the 10-minute window when he entered. No break-in — this was an inside job.
I later learned this same employee had stolen from multiple guests, including cash the day before my incident. He was arrested inside the hotel, and the management was fully aware of his unauthorized access, yet failed to act. No apology. No compensation. Just delays and excuses while they "check with insurance."
If you travel with anything valuable, avoid this place at all costs. What happened to me could happen to you!!!

Extremely accommodating staff, everyone was lovely. Room was amazing, clean and tidy. The food and drinks were fabulous, the pool and the location couldn’t have been better, it made our stay that much better. Lastly the recommendations from the concierge were amazing. They planned the whole trip and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Couldn’t recommend a better place!
