My family and I could not have been more pleased with our stay at Hotel de Paris in St. Tropez. From the location, to the customer service - everything surpassed our expectations. Upon check in, we were greeted by the lovely Karima. She was incredibly sweet and made us so welcome. She showed us around the hotel and her staff member took us up to our room. We were delighted to see that there were little gifts for our 2 children. This hotel simply goes above and beyond for their guests. Another huge plus is that the hotel offers free shuttle service to the beach, which is necessary as the beach is far from the village! A big thank you to the following staff members - Karima, Julie, Eva, Maxime, Nathalie, Maeva and Paolo. Another big big thank you to the concierge team who made us all our reservations - Alexandre, Samuel, Pierre, Celine and Romain.

We have been coming to Hotel d’ Paris for almost 10 years and it’s the only hotel we stay at while in St Tropez. From the General Manager down to housekeeping.. The staff is second to none. The manager Bryce is personable, attentive to detail and runs an incredible team of people. He has become a good friend. The concierge team is the best in the business. The head concierge Samuel is like family to us. He is thorough, detailed and he and his team work their magic seamlessly to secure a hard to obtain reservation or plan a special occasion. The entire hotel staff is exceptional. If you want a perfect hotel experience don’t look anywhere else.

One of the best hotel experiences we have had. Very nice rooms. Convenient to the town of St Tropez. Wonderful rooftop bar. Service was fantastic. Reception noticed it was my daughter’s birthday when checking in (her passport) and had a parting gift for her upon checkout. Concierge was excellent as well. Highly recommend.

I got food poisoning at breakfast at this hotel. I was violently sick and contacted the hotel right away telling what I suspected it was (the only thing I ate that my husband didn’t) so they could remove it and not have anyone else get sick. I was told twice that a GM would contact me about this but never happened. This not only ruined my F1 day in Monaco but also my experience at this hotel. For something so serious and for a hotel that was over $800/night I would expect better. Extremely disappointing.

Beautiful hotel- nothing too much trouble for staff - you ask you get! Pool area great with amazing views. Breakfast excellent. Personally I would like to see more comfortable seating in the atrium/lobby area. Perhaps comfy sofas instead of plastic moulded seats.would definitely recommend this hotel.
