The service by the hotel was really good. We enjoyed both our complimentary breakfast and lunch buffet. The hotel provide free shuttle rides to the town and private beach clubs as well. The gardens are beautiful The sauna and steam room was very hot, way above the normal spa in other hotels which are slightly strange. The pools are okay not particularly special. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel is very overpriced and food is mediocre. We had to send the carbonara back because it was inedible with the amount of salt in it. The most puzzling issue we had was actually our room is fully lighted in white light, which is not common in a 5 star luxury hotel. There was no ambient light. The bathroom looks like a hospital toilet, and the decor looks outdated. We requested to change to other rooms but the hotel said they are full. It was then we found out that some rooms have already been refurbished with better lightings, and some are still dated. It made us wonder whether they gave us an outdated room because we booked via a third party website and not direct. We had high expectations because this is a 1500 dollars stay, and we expected way more for the room. Despite liking the service, we have to say it is not value for money, and the hotel can do way better in terms of their room and restaurant.

Our third stay at the ”Hotel de Paris” in Saint Tropez was nothing short of perfection. Having spent 12 nights at this fabulous hotel, we were once again reminded why it holds such a special place in our hearts. The location is unmatched, with the vibrant energy of St. Tropez right at your doorstep—everything from the charming shops to the picturesque port is just a short stroll away. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional concierge service. Samuel and his incredible team have outdone themselves once again. Their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to ensuring our every need was met, truly made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers above and beyond expectations, but they do it effortlessly. We’re already counting down the days until our return next year!

So grateful for this place to our experience that we had! this place can not be called the hotel - it’s a real home ❤️ so let’s start with the objective reasons - property is amazing, absolutely stylish, frenchy and relaxed. I guess just renovated, so there are no remarks about the property AT ALL. Swimming pool area is absolutely gorgeous and it makes you dive straight to Wes Anderson movies - very cinematographic and photographic;) food is fantastic, wine card is everything you need. You have a shuttle service to go to the center of the city (7-10 mins by car) and a concierge service that could help you with EVERYTHING you need The room itself is not that big (it is France), but not small at all! There is a plenty designed space to store all your belongings, we were two girls and we easily put 4 our really big cases in the room with all our dresses and shoes, if you know what I mean :) beds are real comfort ❤️and it is very quiet in the hotel, really quiet! But the biggest treasure of this hotel - is their staff. when you meet them you understand that there is no stuff at all in this hotel - there are only hosts: careful, benevolent and attentive. I would like to thank personally all the guys, but I am afraid to forget someone! Because everyone we met from the team was just astonishing! We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights during our trip in Côte d’Azur. The location is just a few minutes walk from the old town and very convenient, and came with the benefits of on site parking and a pool. The general vibe was very relaxing, and the room was perfect with a charming view across a vineyard next door. The reception and pool staff were very helpful, especially when organising travel from Cannes. Would stay here gain when we revisit St Tropez.

This hotel is special! The atmosphere was relaxed, the decor chic and the rooms quiet and spacious. The team are what makes this hotel a standout with an incredible attention to detail and friendly ease: you can feel at home. They went above and beyond to make our stay as easy, effortless and as personable as possible. The chef started dinner service early to accommodate for our jet lag, there was a fast shuttle into town and all resturant and beach reservations were handled expertly by the staff. Relax around the pool or spend time at the spa. Delicious breakfast. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

We (family of four with two teenagers) are on day four of a six day stay at Villa Cosy. Based on TripAdvisor reviews and familiarity with the excellent location we had high expectations. They have been exceeded. We are staying in a very nice two bedroom/two story suite with outdoor seating areas on both floors. The rooms, including baths, are spacious, comfortable, updated, and clean. The design of the hotel insures a sense of tranquility despite the prime location on Route Bell Isnarde so close to town. We have never written a review of hotels but do so here because of the excellence of the staff. Starting with Charlotte, who promptly took care of a few special requests when we made our reservation and through to the terrific manager, Alex, who handles all requests with aplomb and good humor, they and all their team are among the most efficient and friendly staff we have ever experienced. They make it truly a five star hotel.
