I made a reservation at this hotel starting at *********** for spring break with the kids. Two days after booking, *********** called me to tell me that the hotel had made a mistake with the price. So I was given two choices. 1. Cancel the reservation. 2. Double the price of the reservation. No other choice. This is what you call not respecting your customers.

Alors que tout était plein partout pour la longue fin de semaine de l'Action de Grâce, j'ai trouvé une chambre au Motel Chantolac. Ma fille et moi avons passé une nuit très confortable dans ce motel. Je suis satisfaite du rapport qualité prix. La chambre était propre. Le motel est à quelques minutes de marche de la plage du Lac Rond (ce doit être agréable en été lorsque la plage est ouverte). Ce fut une excellente localisation pour explorer la région (près de Saint-Sauveur, le parc de la rivière Doncaster, le parc du mont Loup Garou, etc.)
