The customer care does NOT exist. Rude receptionist that doesn’t try to listen to you. Very disappointed as the location is good. They gave a small room for two people and a big one for my friend that is alone and we paid the same price. It’s just common sense that doesn’t exist here. It’s a pity because the island is beautiful but due to this bad experience I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

A welcome at the top. A very complete breakfast buffet. The concept of super bungalow style rooms with great vegetation around. The beach at 150 just heavenly. Cons: Surroundings are dirty. The beach next door filled with sargassum with the smell that goes with it even in the rooms. In 1 week the room was only made once despite 2 reminders. Hard to get clean towels. Cockroaches in the room at night and no one at reception to help us. TV 4 channels only. No animation The food truck more than blah. Took a panini burnt outside and not cooked in it. The very long cook whether for the kitchen or to come and kill a cockroach. So after a week, well, I'm happy but disappointed at the same time, hence my title.

My family and I went to the restaurant part of this establishment. The welcome is cold, almost without politeness. Two places to order dishes, better communication could perhaps be put in place. Non-existent cuisine, a tuna salad unworthy of its name, if it was a question of opening a can you might as well stay at home. Overcooked, dry and flavorless fish. For 16€ there could be better value for money.

J’y ai séjourné la première semaine du mois de mai, jolie hôtel très sympathique. Le personnel est accueillant. Ma déception est la piscine qui est bien placé par rapport au bungalow, en toute discrétion mais elle ne fut pas nettoyée du fait que le robot était en panne, mais il suffisait d’un petit effort manuel pour la rendre utilisable. Donc très déçu de ne pas pouvoir utiliser l’utiliser si on vient séjourner dans un hôtel c’est aussi pour se relaxer au bord de la piscine. Cela peut être un frein a un nouveau séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Rotabas . Les gérants et le personnel nous ont choyé pendant 15 jours. Ils nous ont fait découvrir la cuisine locale ainsi que la culture et les traditions. Un grand merci à eux pour leur sympathie . Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Les prestations proposées ne valent pas le prix payé. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et l'on entend très clairement les discussions des voisins sur la terrasse. La propreté est limite, cheveux dans la bonde de la douche dans les 2 chambres réservées. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très simple, peu de choix. Pour une nuit, ça l'a fait mais ma très chère nuit.

Nous avons réservez une chambre pour deux à cet hôtel arrivée le 22/10/23 pour une nuit. Bien qu'ayant confirmé, comme demandé par l'hôtel, le départ de l'avion de CDG et notre arrivée à 21h15 nous nous sommes retrouvé porte close devant l'hôtel et avons du chercher en catastrophe en pleine nuit pluvieuse un autre hôtel. Car malgré l'affichette sur la façade demandant d'appeler les n° de tel fixe et portable nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse malgré 2 messages laissés sur chaque ligne. Des hôteliers comme cela font du tors à la profession et à La Guadeloupe, heureusement par la suite notre voyage s'est très bien passé. Honte à ces naufrageurs inhospitaliers.

Séjour de 2 nuits à l’hôtel Rotabas. Parking à notre disposition. Très bien accueilli, petit déjeuner top avec viennoiseries, charcuterie, jus d’orange pressé, pain, beurre, confiture. Les bungalows sont beaux, propres, avec un frigo. La plage de la caravelle est à côté. Le seul bémol est l’odeur tres désagréable due aux algues. Dommage.

Très agréablement surprise par l environnement et la gentillesse des gens hotel très propre et coloré petit déjeuner agréable tout proche de la plage, calme dans un jardin tropicale Mérite mieux que deux étoiles, on s endort au son des grenouilles et le réveil aux chants des oiseaux
