We stayed in a very nice large room with a balcony facing the ocean and a bathtub in the middle of the huge bathroom. The staff were super friendly. There were two nice pools and a spa. The restaurant had good food and happy hour at the sunset with a great view over the ocean and the Diamond rock. The nearest beach was not the best, but there are many great beaches not so far away if you have a car. Do not miss to visit the local rum distillery! In conclusion we had a great stay!

I would hardly call this a resort. Very little to do, difficult to communicate with (would not even consider it if you don’t know French) and far from anything fun or interesting. Asked for help only to be walked away because staff don’t have any English. May be fun if you are fluent in French. It was one of my most stressful vacation areas. One restaurant on site with same boring menu for lunch and dinner. Rooms were clean. Small beds. It all would have been fine but they appear to not have any interest if you don’t speak French.

I have to admit the standard on Martinique is garbage, food is crap, hotel lobby is alive with cockroaches running around, pool is not clean, surface is full of an oily substance. The restaurant is only open at rare hours, drinks is 10 euros haha. I have no idea how this hotel has 4,5 stars in Google, makes no sense. Very expensive room as well. The only good thing is the room is okay. But everything is old fashioned. And the biggest issue, why can’t you Frenchmen talk English. None of them understand anything you say, and they just respond in French. They claim they have wifi. Trust me, they don’t. It hasn’t worked for one second since we been here, and you can’t even use your 4G because it don’t work out here haha. Just terrible.

Tout est très bien!!! Calme Une équipe très sympathique et professionnelle!!! Spéciale dédicace à l’équipe du bar/ restaurant. Quant au Spa!!!! Géniales!!! Je recommande et y reviendrai. Merci à tout le personnel! Un bel endroit pour se reposer et déconnecter avec belle vue sur la mer….. Et le bruit des vagues pour s’endormir…. Rien de mieux!!!

Die Studios sind großartig- Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet- Personal sehr freundlich-Lage perfekt - jedoch ein Auto ist wünschenswert! Frühstück: die Ecke in der das " Buffet" sein soll ist einfa ch katastrophal - ungefähr 2 m2- 1 Person hat Platz! 1 Kaffee - Tee - Kakaoautomat ist auch ein bisschen wenig. Das Frühstück und dessen Platzierung passt absolut NICHT zum übrigen Styling! 2 Pools - klein aber ok und jederzeit benutzbar- auch ein großer Vorteil! Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen!

Très bon séjour de 8 nuits à Iloma. Nous étions 5 dont 2 enfants dans un appartement duplex avec une loggia vue sur mer et rocher du diamant magnifique. Personnels sympathiques .Les chambres sont faites tous les 3 jours ce qui est fort agréable . Seul petit bémol nous avions dû attendre 3 h à notre arrivée le temps de préparer notre appartement mais l’accueil nous a proposé d’attendre à la piscine avec un cocktail offert ! Resto de l’hôtel plutôt bon avec possibilité de petit déjeuner également qui était correct.

Très belle vue sur le diamant, complexe cosy et charmant Parfait avec les 2 piscines ( 1 au calme si on veut sans enfant) Appartements très spacieux, idéal pour être en groupe mais chacun avec son logement. Nous étions un groupe de 15 et avions l’étage pour nous avec une grande terrasse pour se retrouver. Séjour réussi

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours à l’hôtel et dans l’ensemble c’était vraiment très bien .. Idéalement situé, 2 piscines , personnel très sympathiques et ménage fait tous les trois jours . Petit points négatifs , le manque d’équipement pour faire la cuisine et quelques taches dans la salle de bain
