Second stay here! It's great because the hotel is owned by a Chinese boss, making communication easy. They also offer car rentals, and the sea-view rooms have a fantastic view.

The room upgrade made the stay feel like great value for the price, and the staff were very friendly.
However, we could hear chickens crowing nearby, and the tap water in the bathroom had a slight disinfectant smell, so it’s better to use bottled water when brushing your teeth.
The room door only had one lock, which felt a bit insufficient; adding an extra lock would make the room feel safer.
On the plus side, there was plenty of parking space, and overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The room was really good value for money, clean and with strong airconditioning. Cindy, who welcomed me, was really hospitable and nice, helping me get a tour to Tinian with everything included and answering all the questions I have. There's free water at the reception and a kitchen at the back if you want to prepare your meals. The only downside is it's a bit far from restaurants but as most tourists rent a car, it should be no problem.

We arrived this hotel at 3:00am. And there's no light anywhere so I have to open dark room seemingly like reception and yell 'hello, Is there any someone' even though I sent message the day before I arrived I will late arrival like 3am and host reply 'There is any problem you can come'. And then host says 'Sorry your room was overbooked.' What? It was at 3:00am ! For that she gave me other rooms' key and said She will change my room next day. After hard check-in, I checked accommodation conditions. Da-da ! The whole things were rusty even like shower booth and door opener. The cushions in bed have gone moldy. I tried to ignore those but was hard. For water, I think the hotel doesn't set water cleaning facilities so that We used salty water when showering. For mentioning about sleep, There are a lot of roosters lived nearby and they crowded from 4:00am and all night. I couldn't sleep well. Guyss plz don't have pink dream for this accommodation.

I came to Saipan to participate in the Saipan Marathon and stayed here because I wanted to explore the northern part of the island. Since the marathon meeting was early in the morning, I moved accommodations on the day of the run. However, the weather turned bad after that, and I was unable to participate in the activities I had planned. Cindy, who looked after me, felt sorry for me and suggested other ways to enjoy the day. She also continued to help me with transportation around the island and made reservations for me. I'm so grateful for her hospitality!

I arrived late at night and booked this place with the intention of taking a short rest for a day. The location was a bit remote, about 30 minutes from the airport. The drive there could be a bit scary. The accommodation was larger than I expected. The owner, a Chinese man (who doesn't speak English well), was very helpful and friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed that only two people were provided when I booked for four. However, the price was so reasonable that I highly recommend it.
