The location was great as it was near Himawari which is a restaurant and a convenience store that sells pretty much everything. The staff was very friendly as well, and the room was very spacious and clean. The only downside I experienced, was that when taking a shower/bath, it takes about 5 minutes for the hot water to kick in, and the water pressure was very weak, and unstable, making it very difficult to shower as well.

The location is a little far from downtown Garafan, but the room is clean and the facilities are good. There are many supermarkets nearby, so you can buy what you need and you can reach downtown Garapan within 20 minutes by car. There is also a children's program, so it is an accommodation optimized for family travel.

The Kensington Hotel, where I stayed with my family, is the best 5-star hotel in Saipan! The swimming pool is great for playing with kids and has a great view of the ocean right in front. The ocean view is especially great. My parents are very satisfied and give me a thumbs up!!!!! The view from the room is amazing. I had so much fun! I highly recommend it. I highly recommend it.
