The hotel room is so clean - the amenities inside the room is so great very hightech and the ambience, enrivonment is overwhelming - its truly nature and very relaxing - we had a great stay in the hotel added bonus that you can actually cooked as there is an open kitchen 🤩🥰❤️

It was an impressive hotel. Li who is hotel staff was extremely kind and he drove me around for all our trips. The room was lovely with a panoramic view of the ocean. The building felt a little old, but it wasn't a problem. This hotel made me love Saipan even more. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Saipan.

This hotel is located on a remote mountain. There were many dogs at the entrance, and a few of them started barking at us as soon as we began driving up. We navigated several winding turns to reach the hotel, which is built halfway up the mountain, very far from the city center. We didn't dare get out of the car because of the dogs surrounding it. The room was incredibly small, only 20 square meters for a double bed! For this price, you could stay in a much better hotel in the city. There were almost no facilities, just a few parking spaces and a dark building. We were truly disappointed by the environment and tried to cancel our booking, but the owner wouldn't allow it. I can understand their perspective, as they wouldn't be able to rebook the room immediately. However, the environment was truly subpar. We had booked for three days but ended up abandoning our stay and went to another hotel. The disappointment with the environment was too great, so we just accepted not getting a refund. Finally, I want to warn anyone who sees this review: there are many other hotel options on Saipan at the same price point. This place offers extremely poor value for money. Do not come here!

Great place with fantastic view. Very helpful with kitchen privileges along with driving us and picking us up, as we didn't have a car. The location is such that you really cannot walk to anything. Beach is 40minutes walk downhill but it is almost empty at all times with very clear water (the far left end is best). The town has very few ok restaurants along with two very good coffee shops that we found. There may be other good restaurants but you would have to ask a local.

The view was the best hotel I've ever been to.
I really can't forget the beautiful view.
Also, I felt that the distance from the airport was close, and when I got off the early morning flight, an employee came to pick me up by car, so I checked in so comfortably.
I think it was a great place to go sightseeing in Saipan.
The hotel was so clean and I was so grateful for the amenities and water that they took care of.
All the staff are so kind and the boss takes care of me so well that I only make a lot of good memories for my trip. 😭☺️😊

The hotel is located in the mountains. We arrived in the early morning and woke up to a stunning ocean view the next morning. Every morning, we could see the long coastline and tropical vegetation. The owner provided free transportation to and from the city, restaurants, and various activities. Any room needs or adjustments were promptly addressed. The owner recommended restaurants and helped with bookings (these recommendations weren't marketing; they were incredibly helpful to us). Airport transfers were also very convenient and quick. Almost all the food on the island was delicious. We are very grateful for the owner's hospitality during the National Day holiday. Saipan is beautiful, charming, and very safe. We hope everyone has a wonderful time at Secret Garden!
