Quirky, fascinating, authentic, delightful, romantic - choose any of these and you won't be disappointed, it's an absolutely fantastic, old school, beautifully done solid gold '5 star' 1750s hotel experience in the most wonderful small medieval village setting. You drive in and park the car and forget about the 21st-century; you walk around the beautiful old buildings taking in the winery which belongs to the Castle, and go to the Taverna where nobody speaks anything except Basque normally, quite unexpected and phenomenal.

La familia de mi suegro son de Sajazarra, un pueblo medieval precioso en un entorno maravilloso, hace años empezamos a ir en familia a pasar un fin de en familia y conocimos la posada de Berta y Kike. Qué gran acierto, son unos anfitriones maravillosos, la posada está impoluta, los desayunos de Kike son una maravilla, y sus bizcochos caseros son dignos de la cocina de cualquiera de nuestras abuelas. Creo que ha sido nuestra cuarta visita esperamos poder seguir con esta bonita tradición en familiar. Así que si lees está reseña y aún estabas dudado para decantarte por esta posada hazme caso y reserva, no te arrepentirás!

Espectacular en todos los sentidos.Si necesitas alojarte por la zona este es el sitio. Primero por la amabilidad de sus propietarios, después por las instalaciones (no les falta un detalle) y que decir de la limpieza ( todo impecable). Todo en un pequeñito pero precioso pueblo. Zorionak bikote!!

Nos ha encantado todo: la posada está cuidadosamente restaurada, es muy cómoda y acogedora. Berta y Enrique son unos magníficos anfitriones y ayudan muchísimo a disfrutar de toda la zona (paisajes, bodegas, restaurantes….) Es una delicia empezar el día con el revuelto d jamón de Enrique, el pan con tomate y el delicioso bizcocho. Sin duda un lugar para repetir.

Maravillosa pisada está todo cuidado al máximo detalle con un gusto más que exquisito, limpieza al máximo y desayunos increíbles los dueños son un encanto, además el entorno lo hace más bonito todavía ya que Sajazarra es uno de los pueblos más bonitos de España . Segun entras a la posada invita a que te imagines un trocito de historia ya que la posada data de 1800 y pico.Sin duda un lugar recomendable al 100 por cien. Gracias Enrique y Berta por estos maravillosos días en tierras Riojanas.Un saludo,sin duda volveremos

La posada es preciosa, muy limpia y con muy buen gusto. La recomiendo al 100%. Los dueños son encantadores. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante. El pueblo es muy bonito. Ha sido una suerte encontrar este hotel. Es todo perfecto. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Ganas de volver, esos sitios especiales que encontramos por casualidad. Enrique y Berta te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa. Impecable todo. La habitación que tuvimos espectacular, saloncito, balcón, un Chester para charlar, todo precioso. Una experiencia para el cajón de los recuerdos 💜👍

Gracias Enrique y Berta, acabamos de pasar una noche y sentimos que hemos dejado atrás a unos amigos. Cuando dejas a unos amigos, aunque los acabes de conocer, lo que mas te apena es no saber cuando les volveremos a ver, intentaremos que sea pronto. La combinación de este remanso de paz llamada Posada de Sajazarra y un buen menú en el cercano restaurante Ochando colma cualquier aspiración que tengas para un fin de semana.
