We came to this hotel today morning. The reception staff was angry. He didn’t say welcome and spoke with us very aggressively. For the first time in our lives, we see such behavior of the front desk staff in five-star hotel.Our friends recommend this hotel for us. But unfortunately we cannot recommend to anyone. I am writing this review because I would like to inform management this hotel about bad behavior of the front desk staff.

I gave a high score so that my comment would appear, we were defrauded through this hotel. We bought tickets for the Yildiz Tilbe concert on December 30, 2021. We said that we wanted to cancel a week in advance through the organization company directed by the hotel, and they told us that the 3,000 TL we paid would only be refunded on December 30. There was no refund, then they said that the payment would be made on January 3, 2022 at the latest, but our payment was not made again. When we contacted the hotel, they said that we have no connection with the organization company and do not take responsibility, but we reached the company through the hotel and we have been trying to get our money for weeks.

The rooms are clean, warm and the garden view is great. We stopped by to rest after our trip. We left this hotel with my wife and friends very satisfied. The breakfast in the morning was much better than the hotels I stayed in before. The breakfast range was very wide.

Birkaç gün önce sadece SPA'dan hizmet almak için bulundum. SPA'da Önder Bey, gerek şeffaf ve nezaketli iletişimiyle gerekse sunduğu profesyonel hamam ve masaj hizmeti ile benden beş yıldızı haketti burada.Kesinlikle işinin ehli birisi. Hamamdan sonra kendisinin tavsiyesi ile sırt masajı aldım ve kronik boyun ağrımdan kurtuldum. Kendisini içtenlikle teşekkür ederim.

Неплохой, тихий пятизвёздочный отель с бассейном и хамамом в Сакарье. Хороший номер, чисто, тихо, есть чайник, питьевая вода, гель для душа и шампунь, что соответствует уровню. Персонал говорит по-английски. Завтрак вполне себе нормальный, хороший выбор всего. Большой холл, в котором постоянный запах цветов. Конечно он немного бьёт в голову, но в целом приятно. Думаю, что если работа отправит в этот город ещё раз, ничего придумывать не буду, а остановлюсь здесь.
