We had. Fantastic experience at the hotel, the reception staff Mr John , Ms Basma and Botar were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are specious and clean , the room service was fast and pleasant. The location of the hotel is the best in Sakarya just inthe middle of the walking street .

split AC units shut down completely without notice. sleepless nights. we changed rooms and yet still the split ac units switch off completely without any possibility of function. after endless technical survey the conclusion was that the ac units are connected to a central system of the whole compound inclusive of the mall which means according to them that in winter timing the ac systems switch yo heat! however the heat didn’t work and the ac’s wont work at all in two rooms. they suggested that we open the windows to cool off. Why should i open or close any window????? loose electrical wirings in toilets. loose broken electrical points. despite the struggle of ZERO AC i decided to stay and i lost a room key and when i asked for a replacement a gentleman asked me to pay 50 Turkish Liras, i refused and i told them they need to refund me for every sleepless night of no ac, the conversation ended and i went up to the room. However due to my mothers blood pressure condition i decided to check out one night earlier since the AC problem was never resolved and drove straight 2 hours to Istanbul and had a peaceful sleep. i don’t recommend this hotel to anyone before they resolve the mentioned
