+Ve The rooms are spacious and very clean. Good location in front of the mall and there are many shops and services on the same road and behind the hotel. Very helpful staff. A cute table with 4 chairs on the pavement of the hotel enterance to enjoy the street vibes. -ve The breakfast is disappointing It ends at 10 30 yet we went at 10 and all there was was left overs. They didnt refill the platters so there was not much to eat. Also I had mentioned the day before to the reception that they should cover the fruits in the bouffet because they were many fruits flies yet when I went today the platters were uncovered. The interiors of the hotel is a very Omani style furniture, so if you are looking for a luxurious ,light ,airy modern hotel this isn't for you.

Very good hotel.... So clean and very good smell... Polite staff smile all the day and making everything easy for you.... They make you feel at home..... The hotel's restaurant is realy amazing tasty food with a nice city view.. Definitely it us a good place to spend a good time

Amazing hotel. Very good location, near by everything such as supermarkets, laundry, restaurants, coffie shops and malls. Kind and polite staff. Clean rooms.. They change everything everyday.. Perfect food wich is open puffet. I recommend it

Very good place , nice atmosphere 😃 Good staffs , welcoming with omani traditional coffee with dates , there is Jim to workout there is no entry fees it's free , if you have any meetings or any business work they will give meeting room free , They will provide tour guide , inside the hotel taxi and bus facility have , Totally Worthy, Well hygiene rooms , service 24 hours Near salalah International airport Near to Lulu hypermarket and gardens mall , And many more place to visit near. 🙏👍 Thank you for your best service
