The hotel was great indeed, with great customer care service. Only issue I had was with the internet service which was too slow with frequent disconnection issues with tv remote not working properly as well. These were addressed multiple times but were not rectified till the end.

Best hotel in Salalah...! Our recent family stay was truly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Salalah Airport, making it very easy to reach. The staff are incredibly humble, friendly, and always ready to assist you with anything you need. Their hospitality really good. The room was spacious and, very clean. The kitchen was a big bonus and came with everything we needed, a cooking gas burner with vessels, a fridge, washing machine and other facilities like iron, cloth hangers, Hair dryer etc. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! They prepare it as per your choice. Just a short walk away: Papa John's Pizza, the popular Garden Mall, ATMs, a petrol station, supermarket, and small restaurant. The staff were kind enough to help us visits to nearby attractions in Salalah. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended, especially for families. Nivas / Qatar residence.

Very nice room and good service the reception and the staff are accomodating every request they are attending and they are very helpful we will definitely coming back again. Soundproof walls are very nice and beds and pillow are very good. Best hotel in dhofar

During my recent visit to Salalah, I had the pleasure of staying at the Gateway Salalah Serviced Apartments, and the experience was outstanding. The location is simply breathtaking, offering stunning views that made my trip truly unforgettable. The staff were very pleasant and kind, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a smile. The rooms were large and tidy, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The reliable internet connection was also a plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Amazing stay for a family. Extremely friendly staff able to cover every single need for a family. Spacious rooms wirh all amenities needed. The locarion can't be better, near the main roads and beside a major shopping mall. Definitely would stay here again!

Great service and great facility for the price. Good location accessible to all directions. Very close to the airport. Nice staff. Rooms are spacious and kitchen utensils, washing machine, stove fridge, microwave available. Rent a car and tour facilities available

This Cosy apartment is in a prime location, close to everything, like stores, gas station as well as mall and other restaurants. Enough parking space too. Great staff, attentive. Lovely generous breakfast delivered to the room every morning. Everything was satisfying. Safe and recommended for families.

It's my best experience in salalah with GATEWAY RESIDENCE IN SALALAHA and the crew members are amazing support and neatness and service providr 100% and recommended to every one because I stay in here with 1week and its amazing experience and once again thanks from and deep heart to gate way salalah team and its absolutely recommended--thanks RENJI AND FAMILY
