The hotel is right next to Plaza Mayor, and there is a small garden outside the window or on the small balcony. Excellent location and value for money!

I had a great experience at Hostel Concejo. It is located very close to the Plaza Mayor (literally less than a minute from it) and it is a safe & convenient place. Lots of stores, cafes, and restaurants. The room is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is full with a bathtub, shelves and a hair drier. The personnal is very kind and nice.

A normal hostel, without great pretensions, it has an outstanding location, as it is just a few meters from the Plaza Mayor, but in my opinion, I think they should refurbish the rooms a bit. I think that having to carry a room key is outdated, as well as uncomfortable, as you have to use it to lock the room in the dark, because next to the key is the card to turn on the light. It would be easier to have a lock inside. The rooms that face the square have very poor soundproofing, because on weekends you hardly sleep. Despite this, if I return to Salamanca, I think I will stay there again.

The hostel is perfectly located, just a few metres from the Plaza Mayor. But there is little else to highlight. We were a bit cold at night and the lift button did not work properly so we had to go to the top floor and go down the stairs.

Incredible hostel next to the Plaza Mayor, nothing to envy of a hotel, unbeatable location, cleanliness, staff attention, etc..... As an anecdote, the day I arrived the clothes I was wearing for my daughter's graduation arrived wrinkled, both the shirt and the pants. I told the hostel staff about it and they immediately solved the problem. After a couple of hours the clothes were already hanging in the closet of the spotless room. I'm sure that the next time I visit Salamanca I'll stay there again.

Sorprendido gratamente con la ubicación de este establecimiento (98 metros a la plaza mayor) Limpieza general correcta, aunque siempre falta algún rincón oculto en el que solo mire porque se me había colado un juguete del perrera 🥲 En mi opinión como crítica constructiva deberían valorar el acondicionamiento de las ventanas ya que al estar en una plazita de bares el jaleo de la noche puede ser un poco frustrante. Pero vamos nosotros estuvimos un fin de semana y se puede aguantar. El resto bien, para ser un hostal servicios correctos, y camas cómodas dentro de la categoría. Seguramente calidad-precio para lo que buscamos nosotros de un fin de semana de visita rápida repetiríamos.
