Severamente recomendable

The room is dirty upon entering, with the bedspread and sheets full of burn holes and a nauseating smell of tobacco despite "selling" a non-smoking policy. At night it is impossible to sleep due to the constant noise of screams, voices and people coming and going despite "selling" a policy of silence during the night hours. It is impossible to park in the area and they also charge me a supplement per pet when I go with an assistance dog that has public access guaranteed by law, despite having notified and provided the relevant documentation, thus breaking a law. When I complain they answer me rudely that the dog pays like anyone who stays overnight. Without a doubt, CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE here.

BE VERY CAREFUL with this hostel ⚠️ They canceled our reservation out of hand, less than 24 hours before our arrival, knowing that we were going with a baby. On the first call, we called the hostel and they blamed Booking saying that they were the ones who canceled. We called Booking who confirmed that it was them. We tried several calls to the hostel, they didn't pick up the phone, it seemed as if they had blocked our phones. The reason was because the card was not valid, a card that has been valid in the four hostels in which we have stayed on our trip from Seville to the Basque Country. It seems that it was not profitable for them to stay for €50 during the season when students arrive and can charge €100 for the room. If they have acted with such bad ethics, knowing that there was a baby, I don't want to imagine if other people have problems. Finally we have booked in Béjar, we are left with this bad memory of this hotel, we will never make a reservation with them again.

Terrible, I ran away!! Warning the profile image does not correspond to the room they gave me. I asked for a non-smoking room and upon entering the smell was nauseating. The furniture is very deteriorated and there is no cleaning. We stayed in the room for 10 minutes, we wanted to. The WhatsApp reception was terrible, I told the person what was happening and they told me that they weren't the police... They don't have smoke sensors. Incidentally, I checked out on the fly and informed Booking of the incident, I canceled the reservation for the next day and they still charged it, Booking says there is no other alternative and my bank couldn't do anything. That is to say, I gave them my money.

CUIDADO ESTAFA Reservamos una habitación en el hostal para hacer una parada en nuestro viaje a Cádiz, debido a que íbamos a llegar a las 22:00h al hostal llamamos y nos dijeron que sin problema nos atenderían. Hicimos la reserva y la pagamos (30€) cuando llegamos a las 22:00h, nadie nos atendió tras llamar, escribir tanto al Whatsapp como al mail. Estuvimos cenando por Salamanca y a la 1:00h tras no recibir respuesta por ninguna parte tuvimos que continuar nuestro viaje sin descanso hasta Cádiz. A día de hoy, hemos intentado ponernos en contacto para que nos devuelvan el dinero y no nos contestan e incluso bloquean los números que llamamos o escribimos. UNA ESTAFA.

Son unos auténticos sinvergüenzas. No llegamos a ir al hostal ya que no nos proporcionaron ningún código para acceder, teniendo la reserva PAGADA Y CONFIRMADA. Llamamos repetidas veces y no dieron ninguna respuesta, ni telefónica ni por correo, dentro del horario que tienen marcado como disponible. La peor experiencia en un alojamiento.
