Location is good, the access from main road can be better as guests visiting for the first time may find it a little discomforting. The cleanliness if good, but the basic things - lock of doors, washroom accesories, tv despite being of good brands need a big time spruce up ! the hotel needs to be cognizant of the fact that breakfast timings should be such or extended as per the convenience of the guests - it being a place wherein pp l visit mostly for the balaji temple - visit of which is beyond anyone's control.
