Hotel was very neat and clean. staff are very cooperative. Food were delicious. We stayed for 3 days and were very pleased with the arrangements, gesture and good behaviour of the staff.

Poor quality of mattresses, poor pest control (cockroaches found in the room, poor maintenance in room (power switch not working properly) and room key stops working every day and you need to re code it every day. Overall not plea-sent experience.

We were upgraded to deluxe from standard room. Eventhpugh food is costly food taste and hygiene is good. Some of the amenities mentioned in the malemytrip are not present(private swimming pool. Etc) overall great stay. Manager is very good and helpful, thanks for the cheerful talk and last minute help

1-this experience was pathetic. As it was written that change of date is available, but not refundable. So i asked for a change in date but declined, and 1 days money loss. 2-i ordered pasta in the hotel. There was hair in pasta, also they supplied expired oregano and chilli flakes. Which expired on 6/12/24 and today is 30/12/24 means it was expired 6 month back. Immediately my son has eaten it. We saw later. Means from last 6 month they are supplying expired oregano and chilli flakes to all guest. They are preserving it from last 6 month l, for which they apologize. And didn't take money
3- there was no proper pest control, we found cockroaches in tea making material. I have proof of these photos.
