This hotel was absolutely disgusting staff were rude and not helpful at all. The restaurant staff were arrogant and rude and rushed us to order food. Food when arrived was appalling and when asked for refund or to speak to manager was told to jog on. Breakfast was the same little or nothing offerings on the continental and burnt and greasy offerings. Rooms were not cleaned to a high standard and bedding was dirty. Bathroom was appalling with black mould around the bath and toilet leaking. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Wonderful welcome despite previous guest expressing grievances and kept waiting. Room (with bath) amazing..enjoyed within half hour of arrival. Bed, as expected, was blissful. I really need a PI mattress (can be purchased) However outstanding personal shout out to Adrian & Ellie at breakfast. Despite a really busy service they are a total credit to Premier. Perfect customer service with a smile. Breakfast amazing, hot and cooked perfectly, so thanks to kitchen staff. I live very close but wanted ‘me’ time I slept brilliantly.. much needed and woke up refreshed. I will be booking again! However stay made more enjoyable my presence of Adrian & Ellie, please pass on my thanks xx

What can I say, excellent value for money, big shout out to Sara so kind and professional, Lewis is a superstar, room cleanliness very good, breakfast was great shout out to the chef. Dinner was good just so busy and seems little understaffed.

This was my second time staying at this particular Premier Inn, and the reason I came back is because I believe I got amazing value for the prices they offer. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are excellent. Maria attended to me a few times and she was outstanding. Great experience overall, would definitely recommend.

We had booked an early check in for 11am but our room was not ready. The receptionist Sara spoke to the housekeeping staff to get our room ready and within 20minutes we were checked in and given a £10 refund. Thanks Sara for all your efforts! The room was very clean and comfortable. One downside is that the pub restaurant does not open until 5pm

We ate at the restaurant attached to the Premiere Inn. The Mersey Farm. Sara who was front of house provided excellent service, going the extra mile to make sure we were looked after. She ensured we got the seating we wanted and made sure our glasses remained topped up.

We stayed here after visiting family, and we had a genuinely lovely stay. Our beds were super comfy, and the value couldn’t be beaten! We usually stay in Air BnBs as a family of 5, and this was a way better experience! We would definitely stay here again!
