Nice resort Resorts is fully greenish Clean and spacious room Food was good Room services was good Kid's enjoy the amenities Fire dance in night was awesome Kids enjoy the swings swimming pool playing with dock Morning breakfast and dinner both were awesome Over all good experience

Food taste is not good and quality. We pay minimum 150 to 400 for each food. But the food quality and taste is below average. There is no dress changing room in the swimming pool. So we always go to the room with the wet dress. It's not good and not safe because it's slippery. Need more improvement in the food. Other than the stay was awesome.

The resort is located in a peaceful forest setting with beautiful views. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing throughout

The property is maintained well. Staff are cooperative. There are still improvements going on which might make it better. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast menu is good and kids friendly. Room service and house keeping attend immediately.

The staff was courteous, helpful, and always available when needed, making our stay hassle-free. One of the highlights was the scenic view from the resort and the calm, natural surroundings. It’s an ideal place for nature lovers. The food served was tasty and homely, with good variety and generous portions. Overall, Kolaagalam Resort offers great value for money and is a perfect spot for families or couples looking to relax in nature. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

Great experience. Highly recommended resort. Hospitality is so good. Staff Subhasmita helped us to guide. It was so helpful. I went with my family, they enjoyed a lot. eventhough I was out when the fire show is there, guest relationship manager gave a prior call that fire show is about to start. that's the greatness.

The location was perfect, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Would love to return again soon!!!

Location, rooms & hospitality everything is good. Mr. Manikandan provided valuable support during the stay. Thanks for the support & excellent customer service. Also the food was delicious. Complimentary breakfast is top notch. Overall stay experience is satisfying.
