La cosa che mi stupisce è che dovremmo essere noi italiani un popolo di persone accoglienti, ospitali, in grado di far sentire una persona a ‘casa’. Esattamente tutto ciò che non ho trovato qui. Zero accoglienza, zero servizi, zero pulizia, zero in tutto. Tranne il prezzo, che quello se lo fanno pagare! Camera con la muffa e bottiglie sotto il letto di non so chi, due dita di polvere e cotton fioc sempre di non so chi. Un’assurdità, e in tutto ciò non è previsto neanche il cambio asciugamani o lenzuola se non a pagamento. Non una bottiglietta d’acqua, non un messaggio di benvenuto. Niente di niente. Mi chiedo come possano andare avanti posti così e davvero mi sorprendo di persone che lavorano in questo modo e che della parola “hospitality”non hanno neanche in mente cosa sia. Delusione più totale.
