Unfortunately we had a very bad experience in the Bar/Cafe. We ordered 2 meals took 35 minutes for my wife to receive hers and I had to wait a further 25 minutes to get mine. We raised this with a staff member and were advised they didn’t want her meal to get cold. All in all a bad experience as only 5 people in the cafe and no compensation offered.

Firstly Izzy on reception was one the most genuine, helpful receptionists I've ever met. She helped us with the Ringo app and took an interest in our plans so thanks Izzy, we always left your cheerful presence with a spring in our step! The parking was secure and spacious and relatively cheap The building was clean It was great value for money The room was comfortable and had a coffee machine. The room strangely didn't have a hairdryer ( I'm sure Izzy would have sorted that!) Thank you for a great stay.

Just leaving a review to comment on two of the receptionists we had the pleasure of dealing with during our two night stay. Both of them were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Well done Izzy and Laura. They get 5/5, the 3/5 is for our overall experience - breakfast and cleanliness of rooms were as you’d expect.

The staff at this Travelodge were amongst the best I’ve encountered. From check in to check out everyone I met was very kind and helpful. The room was exactly what I expected and the location was great for getting to Old Trafford. The breakfast was excellent although they had run out of mushrooms when I got there. They soon topped them up.

Great service from Izzy on reception. Great food and reasonable prices. Lovely atmosphere in communal area. Room clean and ok for a night, not much space for more than that so choose a different one next time. Hotel in good location for old Trafford

Izzy was extremely helpful , but the booking process had messed up my booking as I added a extra nite I paid for breakfast x6 but the booking process took it off not happy

The best travelodge I’ve ever stayed at. Modern clean amazing breakfast just like beefeater. Value for money on food and drinks. 20 min straight walk to old Trafford. Hotels half a mile off the motorway so easy to drive to. Car park is only 7.50 for 24hours if staying at the hotel. Car park post code is M5 3PH. Izzy on reception was really friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff thank you

Lovely modern hotel, and modern lounge area, rooms are very clean. Comfortable sleep. There is also free parking just around the corner by the flats opposite petrol station. So no need to pay just park on a high curb.
