As you enter this former old Portugal bungalow it feels akin to a guest house. However subsequent to check-in the gradual acceptance of the property commences as you start feeling the ITC experience in form of well-trained staff, room quality, which overlooks the large swimming pool with jacuzzi and in-water bar. The dining area being closed on all sides with no openness is a drawback, however the chef attending to all your needs and specifics at all times is the plus. The rooms are well sized, having enough floor area to feel comfortable, they have evening turn down services which is appreciable more so when this practice is disappearing in even better hotels. The location Saligaon too is quite central with beaches within 10 minutes of drive and buzz of eateries Assagao too not far away. The property head Arpit Bhola is on hands available always and is a great help in addressing all queries, Jasvant at the front desk and Laltu too are very helpful and courteous. All in all this property grows on you gradually, definitely worth staying here.

Hello itc family, It was such a pleasure being able to cherish ITC hospitality.Time and again you have proved us right in relying on your brand for our cherishable vacations.From day 1 before arrival to check out time Manager Ankit was on toes to make us comfortable.would like to mention SAVITA who was soo good for everything in taking special care of our children when we were partying late nights. Thank you once again and would definately recomend my friends and would definately revisit.

We are nearing the end of our stay here and wanted to leave a 5 star review after just the first couple of days it’s been so amazing. The staff have been incredible and gone above and beyond to make our stay special. From the reception, the chef and kitchen, the workers by the pool and bar, the cleaners, the spa — everybody has been amazing! One of the workers Adhir, even set up a fan with an extension cord for us by the pool all week as we were hot! Little things like that are very special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a really authentic Indian feel which is what we wanted, but still a very high 5 star experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend to anybody. Thank you everybody here, Tom & Charlotte :)

This is one of the best hotels visited whilst on a tour of India. It is small and personal . Nothing is too much trouble and it is exceptionally clean and welcoming. The food is all cooked fresh to order , from a very versatile menu . The chef is excellent and catered for my allergies with no problem. . There is a free shuttle bus to take you to the beach , and if you want to see a bit more of the area , you can hire a driver for the day , for a very cheap price . The facilities are excellent . Highly recommended .

Fantastic location- near all the beaches, markets and wonderful fine dining restaurants and yet tucked away wa quiet lane. Absolutely wonderful staff, serene and peaceful surroundings and the rooms were fabulously furnished keeping in mind all the conveniences. The bathrooms were huge and very beautifully designed. The property has a history that dates back to more than a century. The staff is superb and the service is with a smile. We really enjoyed the personalised service for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Storii by ITC in North Goa! The property is beautifully designed — calm, lush, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. It feels tucked away from the noise yet close enough to explore the beaches and cafés nearby. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, making us feel completely at home. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our room was spacious, spotless, and opened up to serene greenery, adding to the peaceful vibe of the stay. What we loved most was how family-friendly the atmosphere was — from the pool to the little thoughtful touches around the property. The Storii ITC Shanti Morada hotel in Saligao, Goa was a tranquil oasis after the hurly burly of Delhi. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel 'at home' in this 20 roomed boutique hotel, tastefully modernised from a 19th century Portuguese colonial house. We were not merely a room number but a welcomed house guest. The staff under the guidance of manage Arpit Bhola were attentive and professional of course, but all appeared to relish the opportunity to serve and to offer the very best of Goan hospitality. Our room was spotlessly clean as was the hotel, pool area, spa and grounds. The food was a delight, we even took an opportunity to prepare our own evening meal under the watchful eye of chef Narendra and his staff. This hotel is definitely an antidote to the hustle and bustle that are the hallmarks of India, a truly remarkable place that will live long in our memories.

We stayed here for a week in March. Had a great time. The hotel is lovely very clean and all the staff are great. Couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed here after two week travelling on Safari. It was good to relax and be thoroughly spoilt. The food was very good. The beach is about 10 mins in a taxi but they laid that on for us As and when we wanted to go. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely boutique hotel for a great chill out.
