I have already stayed several times, almost always with family and always during the ski season. This time I was going with friends to start a 3-day mountain route the next day. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment and there were 5 of us. Although it was a Thursday in September, there was no one there, they were very professional, sending me the access information before because we were arriving late, breakfast was very good quality/price, the beds were very comfortable, which was what we wanted to rest before to start the walk... so perfect. Maybe it was a bit expensive for us on a Thursday during the week, but it is also true that it was only one night.

I give 4 stars because I think the maintenance of the SPA could be improved, the pool water a little cloudy and the water a little cold. Despite that, the phenomenal rest in fact we will repeat. The staff is super nice, always willing to help, both the reception and dining room staff are very attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms in general is good (although the fluff on the floor should be improved) and the breakfast is correct. Unbeatable value for money.

Aparthotel located on the heights of the charming village of Sallent de Gallego (but less than 10 minutes walk from the center). The apartment (a 2 room/4 person apartment located on the top floor) was quite large and well appointed, with a very beautiful view and a very pleasant furnished terrace. It had enough storage space and, surprisingly, coat racks! The Sarrato aparthotel offers an indoor swimming pool, small but properly heated (but unfortunately less heated than the 30 degrees announced on the sheet displayed at the entrance!!) and a jacuzzi (not always hot enough!). The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. The only negative points: - the absence of a dishwasher in the apartments, unacceptable for the fairly high rental price, - the curtain rods not long enough compared to the openings which means that the curtains, even when opened to the maximum, encroach a lot on the daylight (and on the view) and darken the apartment a lot, - the mold on the bottom of the tiled walls of the showers in the women's changing room of the swimming pool, - the absence of egg cups in the dishes, - too much stools and not enough chairs (around the table 2 chairs for 3 stools, we would have preferred the opposite) Despite these few negative points, we spent 5 very pleasant days in this establishment.
