40 minutes before check-out time a cleaner entered our room without asking if anyone was there or knocking on the door. It seems totally disrespectful to me, I was still only half dressed. Otherwise perfect, food good, facilities too, cleaning good although there were some orange stains on the bidet that rubbed with your finger, which indicates that they have not cleaned it very thoroughly... Also, it is a family hotel, full of children The pool is obviously full of children too, if you have children it is a good place, if not it can be a bit overwhelming.

Great family hotel went all out for children. Great kids clubs and great adult entertainment too. Nice clean and very friendly, no fighting over sunbeds. 4 pools 1 for toddlers then 3 other pools for fun or leisure with one having jacuzzi style . Would recommend to any family will definitely re visit

We had a fantastic stay at the Beat Oasis , Catering , Reception , Bar, but most importantly, housekeeping staff are brilliant. Location is the best in Salou right on the ***** access to everything within short walking distance . The only problem we had as a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers 16 and 13 is privacy adjoining rooms would be ideal as wardrobe space is also minimal. We stayed in 103, and it was perfect pool view and no issues with noise at all . The food was okay it was cooler, but air conditioning in dining halls can't be helped . Snacks at the bar was excellent and AI drinks til late . We ate out and Laurel Hardys next door is worth a try . 4 pools and allow floaties . Only thing that would stop us from returning is the bedroom situation as kids get older isn't ideal but if it changed the bedrooms we would be back a 100%

Hotel was fabulous room was perfect food was excellent and drinks were also good as we were all inclusive very close to everything in resort only downside of hotel is lifts always waiting 5 mins for 1 as we were on 6th floor but this was very minor issue hotel was spotless and staff always available to help any time of day all in all a great holiday and will definitely be back to this great family hotel and resort thanks for a smashing holiday

OVERALL Amazing holiday for a family of 4 (kids aged 8 & 6). Great hotel, excellent location and would recommend!! PROS Check in was so quick and smooth. Shower was amazing, always hot and powerful. Complimentary drinks in room. Rooms cleaned every day. Amazing selection of delicious food with different themes for dinner most nights. Quick bar staff. Easy to get beds around the pool. Friendly staff. Really close to beach / bars. CONS Loud guests late at night & early in the morning - kids running up and down the halls, doors slamming etc. Walls seem to be paper thin - I wish I’d brought my ear plugs! Mini disco was good but adult entertainment was a bit naff - we had one decent night of Brazilian dancers. Kids club isn’t like a normal kids club - kids can come and go as they please. The pool is quite small compared to the amount of guests so gets very crowded.

Hotel and grub good never seen any of the entertainment only one downside the sun beds there should be a hotel policy where if your not there for a length of time they get removed the amount of people that put towels down at 0730 is ridiculous, everyday you would see towels on beds and no one near them all day selfishness at the highest level

Just back after 10days, Food was lovely,snack bar and ice creams/lollies best I’ve had in an all inclusive. Drinks lovely slushy for the kids. Clean hotel and staff were lovely. Pool was lovely sunbed wars at 8.30am but that was fine always room for everyone. Massive negative 100’s of school kids/dance groups at the hotel in the day u didn’t see them,at night from 12am-3am they were screaming fighting in the corridors knocking our door running off we had no sleep,told receptionist but still continued throughout the holiday,this massively let the hotel down if it wasn’t for them I would of given a higher rating and returned but a holiday with no sleep equals miserable children and parents the manager really needs to sort this issue out.

Just arrived back from 14 nights at this hotel as a family, 2 adults 3 children (11,7 & 3 months) Hotel is very clean, staff are welcoming and friendly. Food was your typical all inclusive but more tasty and lots of options! Drinks were fantastic bar staff couldn’t do enough for you. They even had bottled water which was amazing for baby. Entertainment staff were amazing (Mercedes and Sebas) my daughter loved it although I think they could do with a few more members of staff so they could do more activities throughout the day. Evening entertainment was hit and miss. Overall we had an amazing holiday and will 100% be back!!
