Aparthotel SunClub Salou

We have stayed here for the last 12 years and have always found the staff friendly and helpful, the cleaners work hard and we had our room cleaned everyday except Sunday. The superior apartment we had on the 5 th floor was stunning and very clean, The food in restaurant is lovely and affordable and the breakfast is delicious, The entertainment is great for all ages and fun for children. We are going back next year again and are looking forward to another fab holiday , See you soon Sunclub

Clean Hotel. Very clean everywhere. Staff friendly. Room was large, clean, comfortable. Large bathroom with full sized bath and overhead shower. Toilet rolls, towels, shampoo body wash provided. Also had a hairdryer. Kitchen space had a hob, fridge, sink and all the crockery and pans you could need. Beds were comfortable and bedding was immaculate. Balcony was huge. We were at the back over reception but still had a sea view. Our holiday included breakfast, the choice of food was huge. All fresh, all tasty. Coffee was great. We ate at the hotel and had great food for a great price. Think the most expensive thing on the menu was about 16 euros, that was for steak, chips, mushrooms and salad. It was delicious. There was entertainment every night, kids disco, bingo etc. Pool area was nice but the pool is not heated. It was freezing. We didn't get in. Shop by hotel, good size, everything was really reasonably priced. Bus ticket office at the end of the road, buy a card, works out 1 euro for a bus ride. Buses are regular, every 10 minutes. It was easy to go into Salou and Tarragona the other way. There's a beach right there, looks lovely. Overall we had a great stay for 4 night break. Even with the dreadful weather. The downsides for us was the freezing cold swimming pool. The noise of the music didn't bother us at all, but the noise in the corridor could be really loud, the walls are thin.

Hotel was great, staff really friendly and food was great so couldn't fault that side of it, however this is probably the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Parents sitting getting drunk at the bar and allowing their kids to run riot, running in and out of rooms banging doors etc, still running around at 3am in the morning chapping doors and being a nuisance. The Irish gypsies next door to us constantly fought and screaming on the balcony at 4am in the morning. This let the hotel down as it seemed to be allowed without any challenge or action from the hotel. Don't expect to get a sleep before 2am earliest each night. It's far too noisy for that between the kids running around slamming doors and the level of music blasting from the hotel next door. The weather and food and staff in general were great but the hotels inaction was a total let down.

We stayed at The Sun Club in May 2024 half term with our 4 children (7, 5, 2 Yr old and 9 month old baby). The Hotel was Spotless, very clean, staff were all friendly and the pool area was maintained well. The children really enjoyed the shallow pool with the fountains and slide. Our room was really spacious for our big family with 2 single beds, double bed, sofa bed and a travel cot for the baby. Could have had more drawer space but the ground floor room with a balcony view of the pool more than made up for this. The Hotel has a laundry room where you can wash, dry and Iron your clothes so this was one of the best features they offer. (Washer/Dryer is chargeable) There was an entertainment club for the children every night with mini disco and games and also options for kids club during the day. The weather wasn't amazing in May at an average of 23 degrees each day but at least no rain. The Hotel is situated at quite a high point and if you do venture down to the local bars and restaurants then be prepared for steep hills (not great with a double buggy) We ate out most nights as there was only a basic menu at the Hotel and the Breakfast options was a bit pricey so as we were self catering we made Breakfast in our rooms. Bus stop is a few minutes walk away and a tourist point to buy a daily bus ticket (cheaper then paying per journey) or to book excursions. Buses will take you into the main ***** of Salou - 15 mins away on the bus where you will find everything you need. Little Supermarket attached to the Hotel which sells everything. We were only a short drive from the Airport on a coach (45 mins including being the 4th drop off) Location wasn't great as we like to get out most days but couldn't fault the Hotel.

1st family holiday abroad.had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all great. The area itself is not overcrowded which is why we chose the location. Yes the h10 hotel music is quite loud but personally we didn't mind it. The pool onside is quite cold but it didn't stop the kids enjoying it daily. The onside shop was ideal, breakfast was good and kept topped up. The bus stop was close enough and easy to navigate where we wanted to go,the price of bus pass was cheap too. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as the onside facilities. We would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay

This place is honestly amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful, always willing to help. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazing so much choice and options! There is even has a little arcade downstairs for the children.
