The hotel is in the city center. The room is not big, the bathroom is small, and the toiletries are also very small, just enough for two people with short hair. There is soap but no shower gel for bathing. The room is very clean. The advantages are: parking is convenient, the hotel has its own parking lot, free entry and exit for 10 yuan a day, and the location is excellent. It is next to several famous attractions in Salt Lake City and is only a few minutes' walk away.

Real good hotel during convention period. Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel. I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

I didn't really like staying in old hotels, but I booked it decisively when I saw the high ratings and good location. Sure enough, it is worth the money. The hotel has the feeling of the Hong Kong peninsula. Although it has a history, it is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The outdoor swimming pool is very lively in the afternoon. Salt Lake City is so popular to tourists that it is hard to get a good deal in the last minute. We booked Motel 6 which told us they did not have a bed for us when we arrived. We had to rebook, and Metropolitan Inn had one room left according to Trip.com. Thus we were fortunate not to go to a more expensive one. The facilities are good. We were happy to stay there for two nights.

Stayed 2 nights. Newly remodeled. Was surprised by how nice the rooms were. Big TV. Had a south east facing room and had a view of snow capped mountains. Clean bright white linens. Towels weren’t as new, but were clean. Everything looks brand new inside. Only thing that looks dated a few years are the doors and bathtub. Spacious room. Great food and drink and the restaurant and bar. Parking was steep ($25/n). Overall great stay and would definitely book here again.

The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average.
