Pet friendly Hotels Salt Lake City

I know this is five star hotel but the service not a five star hotel. Need to improve for the five star service.

Hotel De Sovrani is an excellent hotel at this price point. What stands out most are the staff who are uniformly helpful, warm, and respectful. The housecleaning staff like Harekrishna Mondal were diligent and took great care in making sure both that my room was clean but also that my privacy and space were respected. They were also always friendly and on top of things.
