This was an emotional trip - to support a close friend. During the stay the breakfasts were a great help to our schedule and pretty tasty. We were happy to be as close to our destination as we were. Due to a surprise time change in our trip, the folks were very helpful in getting a room on very short notice for one more person. All in all - very satisfied with Comfort in and the staff.

Real good hotel during convention period. Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel. I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

The hotel is in the city center. The room is not big, the bathroom is small, and the toiletries are also very small, just enough for two people with short hair. There is soap but no shower gel for bathing. The room is very clean. The advantages are: parking is convenient, the hotel has its own parking lot, free entry and exit for 10 yuan a day, and the location is excellent. It is next to several famous attractions in Salt Lake City and is only a few minutes' walk away.

I didn't really like staying in old hotels, but I booked it decisively when I saw the high ratings and good location. Sure enough, it is worth the money. The hotel has the feeling of the Hong Kong peninsula. Although it has a history, it is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The outdoor swimming pool is very lively in the afternoon. I won't stay here again. The person working the desk didn't seem to understand or listen to the answer to his questions, kept asking the same questions repeatedly; two servings of coffee in the room, one regular , one decaf. Room cleanliness: someone else's hair on bathroom floor. Difficult and expensive to leave truck in parking lot for the week we were gone, even though we were staying there on our return trip. Just frustrating overall experience.

Salt Lake City is so popular to tourists that it is hard to get a good deal in the last minute. We booked Motel 6 which told us they did not have a bed for us when we arrived. We had to rebook, and Metropolitan Inn had one room left according to Trip.com. Thus we were fortunate not to go to a more expensive one. The facilities are good. We were happy to stay there for two nights.

The hotel is in the city center, within 10 minutes walk from the stream center and Temple Square. However, there is no breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast needs to be ordered on the first floor by yourself, and an extra cup of coffee costs more than 20 dollars. The hotel doesn't even have a bus to the airport, saying that it only picks up employees. I see that other hotels have drop-offs. In addition, remember not to book a room near the vending and ice machine, it will be buzzing at night, which will affect your rest

The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average.
